Sareea Monaye Freeman (born October 25, 1991) is an American indoor volleyball player.

Early life

She graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in sociology. [1]

Career

From 2009-12 she played with the Florida State University Seminoles, earning AVCA All-American Honorable Mention in 2012. [2] She also played basketball in 2014 for Florida State. [3] She served as assistant coach for University at Albany volleyball program in 2014. [1]

Freeman won the 2013 Premier Volleyball League silver medal with the club Florida Wave. [4]

She played with the Hungarian club Vasas-Óbuda Budapest for the 2013/14 season, [5] [6] playing the CEV Challenge Cup. [7] Shen then played the 2014 Premier Volleyball League with Florida Wave, losing the championship match to Western Empire. [8]

2015

Freeman played with North Texas in the 2015 Premier Volleyball League season, winning the championship and the inclusion in the all-tournament team. [9] She moved to the Philippines, [10] winning the 2015 Shakey's V-League 12th Season Reinforced Open Conference with PLDT Ultra Fast Hitter. [11]

2016

She signed with the Peruvian League club Regatas Lima, winning the silver medal with that team, after losing 2-3 the final series to Universidad San Martín, [12] winning the 1st Best Middle Blocker individual award. [13] For the 2016 Premier Volleyball League season, she played with the club North Texas, helping them to reach the fifth place. [14] Freeman returned to the Peruvian League with Regatas Lima. [15]

2017

With Regatas Lima, Freeman was awarded Most Valuable Player [16] and Best Opposite Spiker when she guided her club to the 2016/17 Peruvian league Championship over Universidad San Martín. [17] She confessed that she felt that she had a debt with herself and that she felt comfortable with her team and head coach and was looking forward to return in 2018. [18] She won the 2017 USA Open National Championships with Hoosier Exterminators and she was awarded all-tournament team and she praised the team work that help them achieve the winning. [19] She joined the Thailand League club Supreme Chonburi-E.Tech for the 2017–18 season. [16]

The Premier Volleyball League (PVL) is the top-level professional women's volleyball league in the Philippines organized by the Sports Vision Management Group, Inc. The PVL was established in 2004 as the inter-collegiate Shakey's V-League (SVL) until it rebranded to the current entity in 2017. She was most outstanding as an indoor volleyball player where she brought multiple championship titles and a lot of honor for the university. She is a current member of Philippines national team. Her global recognition paved the way for her to play in other countries like Thailand for 3BB Nakornnont and Taiwan for Attack Line Volleyball Club.

The PLDT Home Fibr Hitters, or the PLDT Volleyball Club is a former professional men's volleyball team owned by PLDT. It was established in 2013 and originally consisted of men's and women's teams. In 2018, the women's team became merged with the Smart Giga Hitters. The men's team has been playing in the Spikers' Turf since October 2018.

Rachel Anne Lopez Daquis is a Filipino volleyball player. She graduated from the Far Eastern University where she took up Business Management. She was also the team captain of the PLDT HOME TVolution women's team that played in the 2014 Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship. She is a former team captain of the FEU Lady Tamaraws in her collegiate years, where she was given the title "Queen Tamaraw". She played in the Philippine Super Liga (PSL) with the Cignal HD Spikers and is the PSL's brand ambassador for 2018 to 2019. In 2020, her team Cignal HD Spikers transferred to the Premier Volleyball League.

Jamenea "Jem" Ferrer is a Filipina volleyball player. She was a 3-time UAAP best setter awardee while playing for the Ateneo university Lady Eagles volleyball team. She was a member of Fab 5 together with Dzi Gervacio, Fille Cainglet–Cayetano, Gretchen Ho and A Nacachi.
