Saul Nanni (born 4 February 1999) is an Italian actor best known for playing Christian in the Disney Channel series Alex & Co. , Marco in the 2020 comedy drama film Under the Riccione Sun , and Alessandro in the 2022 romantic comedy film Love & Gelato .

Biography

Saul Nanni was born in Bologna. [1] His parents are both doctors; [2] his father is from Forlì and his mother is of Russian descent. [1] He has a younger brother and a younger sister. [2]

He began acting after auditioning for a commercial with Kaká, of whom he was a fan. [3] [4] Although he didn't book the commercial, a casting agent reached out to him about appearing in the 2012 miniseries La Certosa di Parma, which marked his acting debut. [2] [5]

In 2018, he moved to Milan to study communications and advertising at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. [1] [6]
