Schoonrewoerd is a small village in the Dutch province of Utrecht. It is a part of the municipality of Vijfheerenlanden, and lies about 25 km south of the city of Utrecht. Leerdammer cheese is produced in Schoonrewoerd.

Utrecht is a province of the Netherlands. Vijfheerenlanden Municipality in Utrecht, Netherlands

Vijfheerenlanden, literally "land with five Lords" is a municipality in the province of Utrecht in the Netherlands. The municipality was created on January 1, 2019 through the merger of the former municipalities of Vianen (Utrecht), Leerdam and Zederik.

It was a separate municipality in the province of South Holland until 1986, when it became part of Leerdam. [1]

Leerdam (Dutch: [leːrˈdɑm]; is a city and former municipality in the western Netherlands, in the province of Utrecht. The municipality was merged with the municipalities of Vianen and Zederik on January 1, 2019. The name of the new municipality is Vijfheerenlanden which is a part of the province Utrecht. The former municipality Leerdam was a part of the province South Holland.
