Scott Hazzard Allan (born May 27, 1946) is an American former sailor. He won the ICSA Coed Dinghy National Championship with the University of Southern California sailing team in 1967, [1] and competed in the Flying Dutchman event at the 1972 Summer Olympics. [2]
He also coached sailing at the United States Naval Academy. [3]
The Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association of North America (ICSA) is a volunteer organization that serves as the governing authority for all sailing competition at colleges and universities throughout the United States and in some parts of Canada.
