Scratcha DVA also known as DJ Scratcha, DVA [Hi; Emotions], Scratchclart and DVA is a British electronic musician, producer and DJ often associated with DVA Music, Hyperdub and Rinse FM. His debut album, Pretty Ugly (2012) [1] and second album, Notu Uronlineu (2016) were both released on Hyperdub. [1]
Scratcha DVA's musical background includes playing and making jungle, drum and bass, UK garage, grime, UK funky, house and other electronic music. He joined up with Terror Danjah forming the Reckless Crew with D Double E, MC Bruza, MC Skanker, MC Triple Threat, MC Hitman Hyper and others. [2] [3] [4] He played sets on London pirate radio stations, such as, Flava FM, London Underground FM, Deja Vu FM and Rinse FM.
His radio career started in 1997 as DJ Scratcha, regularly attending stations such as Rinse FM and Deja Vu, Flava FM, and London Underground FM. [5]
In 2006, Scratcha had a Friday night grime show on Rinse FM. After noticing Scratcha liked to talk a lot on the mic, he was later asked to do the Rinse FM breakfast show. The show was popularly known as The Grimey Breakfast Show. The show had a wide variety of guests coming through and co-hosting. Scratcha announced he would be leaving in 2012. [6]
From 2012 to 2016, Scratcha co-hosted the Hyperdub label. After spending 10 years with radio stations, his last show was on 12 June 2016. [7] [ better source needed ]
In 2016, Scratcha started a bi-weekly show on Radar Radio. [8]
On 21 October 2021, Scratcha did a one-off hosting of the NTS breakfast show. Calling for listeners' favourite songs of all time, he briefly played Vengaboys after it was requested in the NTS chat. [9] In November, following how well-received his hosting was, Scratcha was announced as one of NTS' resident hosts for the weekday morning. He currently hosts the 11am to 1pm slot on Friday. [10]
In October 2016, Scratcha DVA released his second album Notu Uronlineu which was recorded completely in the dark. [11]
In August 2017, he disestablished his record label of 15 years, DVA Music, to concentrate on his new label, AllYallRecords.

DJ Cameo is an English DJ and former host of "Pirate Sessions", a now-defunct Sunday afternoon grime show on the digital UK radio station BBC 1Xtra. He later hosted the Tuesday night UKG show, but on 4 November 2015 it was announced that he would be replaced by a new DJ called Jamz Supernova who would be playing R&B. The music Cameo produces varies from 2-step vocals, to 4x4, to grime, and sublow. In 2004, Cameo was voted winner of the "Best Newcomer" Award for the garage scene's 2004 Peoples Choice Awards held in London. Cameo also received two back to back awards on behalf of Uptown Records, winner of best record shop.
Logan Sama is an English Grime DJ from Brentwood, Essex. He has appeared regularly throughout his career on radio stations Rinse, Kiss 100 and BBC Radio 1. He also runs the record labels Adamantium Music, Earth616 and KeepinItGrimy through which he has released projects for artists and producers across vinyl and digital formats. He also founded KeepinItGrimy, a brand entirely focused on Grime activity.
DJ Cable is a British DJ, based in Essex, England. Notable for winning numerous DJ competitions, such as the DMC UK Team Championships and the "Alizé Remixed" DJ competition, he was the tour DJ for Willy Moon for his 2012 European dates, and previously for UK singer/songwriter Yasmin. He also owns and runs Triangulum Recordings, a digital record label.

The label helped bring grime instrumentals to the forefront of the electronic music scene, and was ranked 10th in Fact's "The 10 Best Record Labels of 2011".

YGG are a trio of grime MCs. The group consists of founding members Saint P and PK, both of whom are from Camden, and later addition Lyrical Strally, who was born in Ealing and raised in Sunbury-on-Thames. The group have released music through Logan Sama's Keepin' It Grimy label, and are currently signed to Flowdan's label SpentShell. They have received extensive airplay on Rinse FM, BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra and NTS, and have supported AJ Tracey on tour. In 2017, they appeared at several festivals including Glastonbury, Cambridge's Strawberries and Creem and Bristol's Love Saves the Day. In 2018, they played at Detonate Festival in Nottingham, Helios Festival in Corfu, Pop-Kultur in Germany, and Outlook Festival in Croatia.
Danielle Anne Louise Gooding, professionally known as Flava D, is an English UK garage, grime and bassline DJ and music producer. She was previously signed to the Butterz record label and is now signed to Hospital Records. She is one third of the supergroup TQD, alongside fellow producers Royal-T and DJ Q.
Pay As U Go or Pay As U Go Cartel were a UK garage crew formed in 2000. In 2002, the collective achieved a No. 13 UK hit with "Champagne Dance". After Pay As U Go disbanded, Wiley went on to form the grime crew Roll Deep with fellow Pay As U Go members. Roll Deep would eventually include prominent artists such as Dizzee Rascal, Tinchy Stryder and Skepta.
