Sebastian Karupu (born 18 February 1962) is a Namibian politician. A member of the South West Africa People's Organization,He has served as a member of the National Assembly of Namibia since 2015. [1] Prior to his service in the National Assembly he served as the governor of Kavango Region.
In early 2020,Karupu would be replaced following his resignation from the National Assembly,though would be reelected in the 2019 Namibian general election. [2]
From 15 July to 19 July 2024,Karupu led a delegation to Uganda in order to discuss governmental use of technology with the Ugandan Institute of Information and Communications Technology. [3]

Theo-Ben Gurirab was a Namibian politician who served in various senior government positions. He served as the second prime minister of Namibia from 28 August 2002 to 20 March 2005,following the demotion and subsequent resignation of Hage Geingob. Previously he was the country's first Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1990 to 2002 and was President of the United Nations General Assembly from 1999 to 2000. He was Speaker of the National Assembly of Namibia from 2005 to 2015,when he was replaced by Peter Katjavivi. Gurirab ultimately resigned from politics in 2015.
Hage Gottfried Geingob was a Namibian politician who served as the third president of Namibia and Commander-in-Chief of the Namibian Defence Force (NDF) from 2015 until his death in February 2024. Geingob was the first Prime Minister of Namibia from 1990 to 2002,and served as prime minister again from 2012 to 2015. Between 2008 and 2012 Geingob served as Minister of Trade and Industry. In November 2014,Geingob was elected president of Namibia by an overwhelming margin. In November 2017,Geingob became the third president of the ruling SWAPO Party after winning by a large margin at the party's sixth Congress. He served as the party's president until his death. In August 2018,Geingob began a one-year term as chairperson of the Southern African Development Community.
Henry Oryem Okello is a Ugandan lawyer and politician. He is the current State Minister for Foreign Affairs. He was appointed to that position in 2004. In the cabinet reshuffles of 1 June 2006,that of 16 February 2009,and that of 27 May 2011,he retained his cabinet post. He has previously served as State Minister for Sports,from 2001 until 2005. He also serves as the elected Member of Parliament for "Chua County",Kitgum District,until 2021.
John Patrick Amama Mbabazi,SC is a Ugandan politician who served as the ninth Prime Minister of Uganda from 24 May 2011 to 19 September 2014. He played an instrumental role in Uganda's protracted liberation struggle from several tyrannical governments (1972-1986) and is a founding member of the National Resistance Movement,the ruling political party in Uganda.
