Secilil Eldebechel is a Palauan politician,who has served as a delegate representing the State of Ngchesar in the House of Delegates of Palau. He was appointed as minister of finance in 2013,but was not confirmed by the Senate. [1] Was later becoming the Chief of Staff to The Administration of former President Thomas Remengesau Jr. For 8 years. Then he went on to win his 2020 election to the 11th OEK Senate of Palau,where he serves as the Floor Leader.

The Palau Congressional Library was founded on August 18,1981,and is housed at the Palau National Congress in Koror. As of 1996,it was headed by Congressional Librarian Harry Besebes. Johnny Reklai was a Palauan businessman and politician. He was elected as the President of the Senate of Palau in April 2005. He dies in a boating accident,at the time of his death he was serving as the President of the Senate of Palau. He was succeeded in that office by Surangel S. Whipps,and his seat was filled by Hokkons Baules.
