The Secretary for Communications, Tourism and Culture was bureau secretary in the Portuguese administration in Macau. The Secretary was responsible for communications and promoting the colony of Macau. The department's sections were merged into the Secretariat for Social Affairs and Culture (Macau). Before the transfer of Communications to the Secretariat it was called Secretariat for Tourism and Culture.

Secretary for Transport and Public Works was a bureau secretary in Portuguese Macau. The Secretary headed the Secretariat for Transport and Public Works. This was the only department to remain intact after the 1999 handover.

Governor of Macau

The Governor of Macau was a Portuguese colonial official who headed the colony of Macau, before 1623 called Captain-major. The post was replaced on 20 December 1999 upon the transfer of the sovereignty of Macau to the People's Republic of China by the office of the Chief Executive of Macau.
