Sei Es Drum is an extended play by Ricardo Villalobos. It was released in November 2007 on triple vinyl by Sei Es Drum, Ricardo Villalobos' own microhouse and minimal techno imprint. It was the label's first release. Despite its length, Sei Es Drum was marketed as an EP, and featured the full versions of several compositions featured on Villalobos' guest mix, Fabric 36 . Like all of the releases on the Sei Es Drum label, Sei Es Drum was only released on vinyl.

Honest Jons

Honest Jon's is a British independent record shop based on Portobello Road in Ladbroke Grove, London, operating since 1974. The shop is owned and run by Mark Ainley and Alan Scholefield, who took over from one of the original proprietors, "Honest" Jon Clare. Their record label of the same name is run in conjunction with Damon Albarn, who has been quoted as saying: "I don't really like the term world music. Wherever it comes from, it's all just music, isn't it? Hopefully that's what Honest Jon's is about - to open a few minds to what's out there".

Sven Väth

Sven Väth is a German DJ/producer and three time DJ Awards winner whose career in electronic music spans well over 30 years. The single “Electrica Salsa” with OFF launched his career in 1986. Lovingly referred to as “Papa Sven” by his fans, Sven Väth has made his mark in the music community by being one of Germany’s “pop stars” in the nineties, running two famous night clubs in Germany, and starting his own company Cocoon, which encompasses a booking agency, record label, and a branch for events. He is recognized for cultivating the underground electronic music scene not just in Germany but in Ibiza as well, with his own night at Amnesia for eighteen years and after-parties at creative locations around the island. Sven Väth is a major proponent of vinyl, using only two decks and a mixer for his extensive DJ sets, his longest set having been 30 hours.

Ricardo Villalobos

Ricardo Villalobos is a Chilean-born German electronic music producer and DJ. He is well known for his work in the minimal techno and microhouse genres, and is one of the most significant figures in today's minimal techno scene.

<i>Thé Au Harem DArchimède</i> 2004 studio album by Ricardo Villalobos

Thé au Harem d'Archimède is the second studio album by Ricardo Villalobos. It was released by Perlon on LP and CD on October 12, 2004. The album's French title, which translates into English as "Tea in the Harem of Archimedes," is a reference to the Mehdi Charef book Tea in the Harem, as well as a pun on the French phrase "Théorème d'Archimède", the title of the album's fourth track.

Perlon is an electronic music record label founded in Frankfurt, Germany, based in Berlin, and run by Thomas Franzmann aka Zip and Markus Nikolai. It is a minimal techno and microhouse label whose sound features vocals and peppery sounds. Producers such as A Guy Called Gerald, Ricardo Villalobos, Baby Ford, Thomas Melchior, Stefan Goldmann, Luciano, Matt John, Dandy Jack, Akufen and Pantytec have released records on Perlon. It is a vinyl only label, apart from a few compilations and mixes released on CD. No released have been made available online in any digital format.

Skull Disco was an independent dubstep record label, based in Bristol, England. It was established in 2005 by Sam Shackleton and Laurie "Appleblim" Osborne, and ended in 2008. Releases on the label prominently featured African and post-African percussion, as well as "ethnic" samples. Zeke Clough contributed distinctive artwork for the label, drawing on both Egyptology and heavy metal imagery.

Fabric 36 is a 2007 album by Ricardo Villalobos. Whilst the album was released as part of the Fabric mix CD series, it is composed entirely of new material by Villalobos and several collaborators, and as such could be considered a full studio album. It is the first fabric mix to contain only an artist's own work since Pure Science's Fabric 05. "Andruic", "Fizpatrick", "Primer encuentro Latino-Americano" and "Farenzer House" were later released unedited on Villalobos' next album, Sei Es Drum.

Enfants

Though 17 minutes in length, the A-side, "Enfants (Chants)", has been described as a "remarkably catchy, hype-inducing DJ tool" by Pitchfork Media, and as a "great tool for DJs" by electronic music magazine Resident Advisor, due to its minimal changes over the course of the entire song.

Vasco is a two-part EP by Ricardo Villalobos. It was released by Perlon on LP and CD in the spring and fall of 2008. The original 12" vinyl pressings include "Minimoonstar", "Electronic Water" and "Amazordum", alongside remixes of each song by Shackleton, San Proper and Baby Ford. The CD release discards the remixes, but adds "Skinfummel" and the full 32 minutes of "Minimoonstar", extending the song by over twice its length.

Chica Paula Chilean electronic music producer and DJ

Paula Schopf is a Chilean electronic music producer and DJ, born in Santiago, Chile in 1970. Sister of musician and producer Dandy Jack and DJ Adrian, she has developed her own career as a DJ and producer in both Chile and Germany under the name "Chica Paula".
