Union Square is a commercial and residential real estate project in Hong Kong on the West Kowloon reclamation. Covering 13.54 hectares, the site has a gross floor area of 1,090,026 square metres (11,732,940 sq ft), approximately the size of the Canary Wharf development in London. As of 2011, the site contained some of the tallest buildings in Hong Kong — including the tallest commercial building in Hong Kong, the 118-storey International Commerce Centre and the loftiest residential tower in Hong Kong, The Cullinan.
Imperia Tower, is a complex located on plot 4 of the MIBC in Moscow, Russia. The 287,723 square metres (3,097,020 sq ft) mixed-use complex includes a completed 60-story skyscraper with a height of 239 metres (784 ft) and a 14-story building with a height of 53 metres (174 ft) that is currently under construction. Construction of the skyscraper started from 2001 to 2002, but halted in 2003 until it was resumed in 2006 and was completed in 2011. The 14-story building started construction in 2013 and finished by 2018. The 60-story skyscraper of the complex is the fifteenth-tallest building in Russia, and the 24th-tallest building in Europe.
Naberezhnaya Tower is an office complex composed of two skyscrapers and a high-rise located on plot 10 in the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC) in Moscow, Russia with a total area of 254,000 m2 (2,730,000 sq ft). The buildings are named after the first three letters of the alphabet and from the lowest height to the tallest: the 17-story tall Tower A, the 27-story tall Tower B, and the 59-story tall Tower C. Construction of the complex started in 2003, with Tower A being completed in 2004, Tower B in 2005, and Tower C in 2007.
The 360 Residential Condominiums skyscraper is located in Downtown Austin, Texas at 360 Nueces Street. The building itself stands 581 ft (177 m) tall with 44 floors, 430 condos, and over 14,000 sq ft (1,300 m2) of retail space. The building topped out in November 2007, and construction was officially completed on May 22, 2008. 360 Condominiums was the tallest building in Austin from January 15, 2008 to June 29, 2009 when The Austonian surpassed it. The tower also became the tallest residential tower in Texas, surpassing The Merc in Dallas before the Austonian also took that title. Currently, it is the fourth tallest building in Austin after The Independent, The Austonian, and the Fairmont Austin.
The China Online Centre is a skyscraper located in the Wan Chai area of Hong Kong. The tower rises 52 floors and 201 metres (659 ft) in height. The building was completed in 2000. It was designed by architectural firm Rocco Design Limited, and was developed by Jaffe Development. The China Online Centre, which stands as the 52nd-tallest building in Hong Kong, is composed entirely of commercial office space. It has a total floor area of 16,000 square metres (170,000 sq ft).
Sino Plaza is a skyscraper located in the Causeway Bay district of Hong Kong. The tower rises 38 floors and is 185 metres (607 ft) high. Completed in 1992, the building was designed by architectural firm Ho & Partners Architects, and developed by Sino Land Company Limited. Sino Plaza is the 85th-tallest building in Hong Kong, and is composed entirely of commercial office space. It has a total floor area of 32,564 square metres (350,500 sq ft), while each floor is approx. 11,238 sq ft gross.

It is located between the Marginal Pinheiros and Engenheiro Luís Carlos Berrini Avenue, with the main entrance along Engenheiro Luís Carlos Berrini Avenue. It has 277,446.18 square metres (2,986,405.8 sq ft) of building area, including shopping center and the West, North, and East Towers. Started in 1989, the project was completed around the year 2000, due to economic problems.

The Brigade World Trade Center, Chennai is a 28-storeyed commercial and residential centre in Chennai, India. Located at Perungudi, it was made operational in March 2020. The centre consists of 170,000 square metres (1,800,000 sq ft) of office space. The complex also includes a conference/exhibition centre. The towers are IGBC LEED Platinum and USGBC LEED Gold certified. The centre is a member of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA). The Tower A of the WTC complex is the tallest commercial establishment in the city.

The Taichung Time Square CBD is a skyscraper office building located on 213 Chaofu Road, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. Construction of the building started in 2013 and it was completed in 2015. The height of the building is 149 m (489 ft), with a floor area of 66,660 m2 (717,500 sq ft), and it comprises 34 floors above ground, as well as seven basement levels. The building is 22nd tallest building in Taichung. The building is similar in appearance to Sompo Japan Building.
Mohammad Foyez Ullah is a Bangladeshi architect. He is the founder and principal architect of Volumezero Limited, and was the co-founder of Vistaara Architects. He started his career as an educator and taught as an assistant professor at the Department of Architecture, BUET from 1994 until 1998.
