"I Feel Love" is a song by Donna Summer. Produced and co-written by Giorgio Moroder and Pete Bellotte, it was recorded for Summer's fifth studio album, I Remember Yesterday (1977). The album concept was to have each track evoke a different musical decade; for "I Feel Love", the team aimed to create a futuristic mood, employing a Moog synthesizer.
Man Parrish is an American songwriter, vocalist and producer. He, along with artists such as Yellow Magic Orchestra, Kraftwerk, Art of Noise, Arthur Baker, Afrika Bambaataa, John Robie, Jellybean Benitez, Lotti Golden, Richard Scher and Aldo Marin, helped create and define electro in the early 1980s.
"Spitfire" is the sixteenth single released by the English electronic dance music group the Prodigy. It was initially released as a 12" vinyl record on 4 April 2005, as a digital download from iTunes the following day, and as a CD single on 11 April 2005. It was the third and last single from the album Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned, on which it appeared as the opening track, and entered the UK Dance Chart at number one despite not charting on the all-genre UK Singles Chart. The backing vocals on "Spitfire" are performed by Juliette Lewis. The song has been included in The Sopranos, Gotham, Freddy vs. Jason, House of Wax and The Unborn soundtracks. It was previously the intro song at all of the National Hockey League's Calgary Flames home games and is also used as the ringwalk theme of boxer George Groves.
12" x 12 New Order Vinyl Campaign is the title of a series of 12-inch singles released by New Order in February 2006 through New State Recordings. The discs contain a mixture of both new and previously released remixes of past New Order songs. NSER017, which contains mixes of "Blue Monday", charted in the UK top 75.

"Teardrops" is a 1988 song by American husband/wife duo Womack & Womack, released as the first single from their fourth studio album, Conscience (1988). The song was written by Womack & Womack, who also served as the producers of the track alongside Chris Blackwell. Although the song was not a hit in their native United States, it charted highly in the United Kingdom and several European countries, as well as Australia and New Zealand.

In the United Kingdom, the song was released as the album's third single where it reached number 19 on the UK Singles Chart. "Missing You" features background vocals from singer Shanice and talks about a woman in a dilemma over a relationship with a man that she at first claimed she "wasn't in love" with but then finds herself "thinking about him all the time" and her missing him.

On the US soul chart, the single peaked at number two and stalled at number 75 on the Hot 100, but in the UK it made the pop top 20. On the disco chart, "Somebody Else's Guy" peaked at number 13. The composition was issued as the third single taken from their fourth album, Shelter (1997), which remains the only Brand New Heavies album recorded with Siedah Garrett, who afterwards left the group to concentrate on her own songwriting. The song charted at number twenty-one in UK, and at number eleven within the British Chart-Track.
"Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall" is a song by British rock band Coldplay, it was released as the lead single for their fifth studio album Mylo Xyloto on 3 June 2011. An exclusive digital EP version of it, with the B-sides "Major Minus" and "Moving to Mars", came out in the following weeks, being considered the band's eighth extended play. The track contains elements of the 1976 song "I Go to Rio" written by Peter Allen and Adrienne Anderson. It debuted at number 29 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States, selling 85,000 copies in its first week before climbing to its peak of number 14. On the UK Singles Chart, the song peaked at number 6.
"Closer than Close" is a song by American musician Rosie Gaines, a former singer in Prince and the New Power Generation. After being released in 1995 as a track on her fifth album by the same name, bootlegs of garage mixes started appearing. Thus started a two-year mission by Glaswegian house and garage indie Big Bang Records to release the track properly in 1997. It peaked at number four in the UK and number six on the US Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart. "Closer than Close" is Gaines' most successful song to date, and widely considered as a club classic.
Lovestation are a British electronic dance music group formed by Vicky Aspinall in 1989, who subsequently worked with co-producer David Morgan. Gospel singer-songwriter Lisa Hunt has also appeared on several Lovestation records. Active throughout the 1990s, they released their sole debut album, Soulsation in 2000, containing '90s hits such as "Love Come Rescue Me", "Shine on Me" and "Best of My Love". They are best known for their cover of Womack & Womack's "Teardrops", which reached No. 14 on the UK Singles Chart.
