The Serbia women's national rugby sevens team represents Serbia in international rugby sevens competitions and is controlled by Serbian rugby federation. Serbia currently competes in European B division.

The Serbian Rugby League Cup is a rugby league competition, started in 2001.After three seasons, came a pause in the competitions for the Serbian Cup, because in the years of primal development, many foreign teams came to Serbia on a tour. Therefore, the place of the Serbian Cup was taken by the Serbian Rugby 13 Federation international Cup. In the 2008. season, Serbian Cup, as a domestic senior competition is again introduced into the calendar of R13FS, for the first time with seven teams and a quarter-finals phase.

Clube de Rugby de Arcos de Valdevez (CRAV) is a rugby union club located in Arcos de Valdevez, Portugal. The men's team plays at the Campeonato Nacional Honra/Super Bock, Portugal's top level rugby union championship. The club also features women, youth and veteran teams and a B team that plays in Campeonato Nacional de Rugby II Divisão, Portuguese third division.
The Turkey national rugby union team is a relatively recent creation, being started at the end of 2009. Turkey is currently a third-tier side. The team first played in 2012 against Slovakia and won 31–5 in Bratislava. On tour, they also defeated Estonia 49–5 in Tallinn. Turkey has yet to play in the qualifying stages for the Rugby World Cup finals.

The Montenegro national rugby sevens team, known as the Wolves (Vukovi) plays in red and gold jerseys with red shorts, and their emblem is the double headed eagle while their logo is the wolf. Montenegro are currently in Conference 2 in Europe for rugby 7s having made their debut in 2014.
Rugby union in Montenegro is a minor but growing sport. The game has only recently been developed in the country since its independence in 2006. The governing body is the Montenegrin Rugby Union which was accepted as a member of Rugby Europe at the 2014 convention held in Split, Croatia. It is not yet affiliated with World Rugby but is applying for membership.

The 2021 Rugby League World Cup qualifying process began in June 2018 with the commencement of the 2018–19 Rugby League European Championship C tournament. Of the 16 nations that will compete in the World Cup, eight were granted automatic qualification, having reached the quarter finals of the 2017 World Cup. The remaining eight places were decided through a qualifying process.
