Line 3 of the Seville Metro will cross the city from north to south, from the Pino Montano neighborhood to Los Bermejales, with a future extension to the Bellavista neighborhood. It will depart from the Pino Montano neighborhood in the north and cross the Macarena neighborhood, after reaching the Historic Round it will continue this way to continue until the Prado de San Sebastián, once there, it will reach La Palmera through the avenue of La Borbolla to end in the Bermejales neighborhood, at the southern end of the city, where its terminal station will be located. Although a future extension to the Bellavista neighborhood is also contemplated, at first it would not become a reality until the conclusion of the complete network foreseen in the preliminary projects, as well as the other possible extensions such as that proposed by the neighborhood of San Jerónimo .
Line 3 would have intermodality with line 4 of the subway at the stations of Hospital Virgen Macarena and La Palmera; with line 2 in María Auxiliadora; and with line 1 in the Prado de San Sebastián. At the same time, it will be interconnected with Renfe's Cercanías network at Pino Montano station, at its northern end with lines C2 and C5. It would also coincide in its layout with the Metrocentro tram in the Prado station of San Sebastián and in that of María Auxiliadora, although in the case of the latter, it is only an alternative still under study.
