Shailaja Pujari (born 12 June 1982) [2] is a former Indian weightlifter.

Pujari competed at the 2002 Commonwealth Games where she won gold medals in the 75 kg snatch, 75 kg clean and jerk and 75 kg total events. [3]

She was removed from India's 2006 Commonwealth Games team after testing positive for steroids and was given a lifetime ban from competing in January 2010 after testing positive for a banned substance in September 2009. [4]

Damon Joseph Kelly is an Australian weightlifter who competed at the 2008 Olympic Games finishing ninth. Damon recorded lifts of 165 kg in the Snatch and 221 kg in the Clean and Jerk with a total of 386 kg. He was the biggest member of the Australian Olympic Team and was Australia's only male weightlifter at the Games, having secured the sole position with a personal best lift on his final attempt at the Olympic Nomination Trials.

Laishram Monika Devi is an Indian weightlifter from Manipur who won the silver medal in the Women's 69 kg category at the 2006 Commonwealth Games. Monika was originally part of the Indian squad for the 2008 Summer Olympics in women's 68 kg category but was dropped after the Weightlifting Federation stated that she was tested positive in a dope test. The Prime Minister's Office overruled this decision. Because the final list of participants had already been submitted to the Olympics officials, Monika could not take part in the Games.

Ele Opeloge is a Samoan weightlifter. She was the first Samoan to win an Olympic medal, winning silver in the women's +75 kg category at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

She holds the Commonwealth Games record of 84 kg for the Snatch segment in the latter weight category.

Neelam Setti Laxmi is an Indian female weightlifter, competing in the 69 kg category and representing India at international competitions. She competed at world championships, most recently at the 1999 World Weightlifting Championships. She also won two silver medals at the 2002 Commonwealth Games.

Iuniarra Sipaia is a Samoan female weightlifter. She has represented Samoa in several international competitions such as Pacific Mini Games, Commonwealth Games, Oceania Weightlifting Championships and Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games.
