Shakeeb Fahad is a Bangladeshi film director and producer. He is best known for directing commercials and the upcoming feature film Soldier . [1] [2] [3]
In 2010, Fahad moved to Dhaka and got the opportunity to work as an associate director for Adnan Al Rajeev. [4] In 2015, Fahad started to directing some commercials under Rajeev's 'Runout Films'. [5] He worked for the company about four years. [4]
On the first day of January 2017, Fahad founded 'Laughing Elephant Production' with producer Moumita Hussain. [6] Through this company, he produced the episodes 'Chondo Chara Gaan' and 'Shomoy Shob Jane' of the TV series Kache Ashar Golpo . [7] [8] His company worked as an associate producer on the film Utshob , directed by Tanim Noor. [9]
In October 2025, Fahad officially announced the production of his first feature film, Soldier . It is produced by Sun Music and Motion Pictures Limited. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release in 2026.

In 2016, Fahad directed an advertisement for the soft drink 'Oscar' under the production company 'Adcom Limited'. The theme and a dialogue of the advertisement created a negative reaction among the audience. As a result, he himself, as well as the production company, was criticized. [10]
