Shane Shackleton is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played as a prop and second-row forward who played for the Sydney Roosters, Parramatta Eels and the Penrith Panthers in the NRL. He played twice for NSW City between 2009 and 2011.
Shackleton made his first grade debut for the Sydney Roosters in 2005. Shackleton's last season at the club ended with a wooden spoon in 2009. In total, Shackleton made 65 appearances for the club. Shackleton was selected for City in the City vs Country match on 8 May 2009. [2] Shackleton was also eligible to play for Malta in the same year. [3]
Shackleton signed for the Parramatta Eels for a reported three-year deal starting from 2010. [4] He made his debut for the Parramatta Eels coming off the bench in round 1 up against St. George Illawarra, but only to suffer a horrific hamstring injury immediately ending his season. [5]
After suffering one of the worst hamstring injuries seen by doctors, Shackleton had worked hard to get back into the side and was a regular off the bench for Parramatta. In early 2011 when Parramatta played the Gold Coast, Shackleton scored a try after pouncing on a bomb which was the match winner for Parramatta. [6]
In 2012, Shackleton was dropped to the Wentworthville Magpies, the Eels NRL feeder team. When asked on Facebook why he was not playing first grade, he replies, because, "Kearney's a fucker." [7]
Soon after, Shackleton signed a two-year deal to link up with the Penrith Panthers prior to the 30 June trade deadline, resulting in an immediate switch to the new club. In 2013, Shackleton was working part time as a labourer and also a comedian while playing for the Mount Pritchard Mounties in the Intrust Super Premiership NSW competition. [8] In 2016, Shackleton while playing for the Guildford Owls, was named in the Ron Massey Cup representative side to play the Queensland Rangers. [9]
In November 2018, Shackleton played for Parramatta in the Legends of League tournament which was staged at the Central Coast Stadium in Gosford. [10]

Timana James Aporo Tahu is an Australian former professional rugby league and rugby union footballer. He last played for Denver Stampede in the US PRO Rugby competition. A dual-code international representative three-quarter back for Australia's Kangaroos and then the Wallabies, he could also play second-row and played for New South Wales in State of Origin. Tahu started his career in the National Rugby League for the Newcastle Knights, with whom he won the 2001 NRL Premiership before moving to the Parramatta Eels. He then played for the New South Wales Waratahs in the Super Rugby competition. Tahu returned to the NRL with the Eels and then the Penrith Panthers before finishing his NRL career where it started with the Newcastle Knights.

Feleti Sosefo Mateo is a former Tonga international rugby league footballer. He played a variety of positions from lock, second-row and five-eighth. Mateo was also selected to represent NSW City Origin and the NRL All Stars. He last played for English club Salford Red Devils of Super League in 2016. Before that, he played for Sydney club the Parramatta Eels between 2004 and 2010. He also played for the New Zealand Warriors between 2011 and 2014, and the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles in 2015 and 2016 before moving back to England and finishing his top-level career with Salford. Mateo was renowned for his versatility and extravagant style of play.

Cabramatta Two Blues, colloquially known as Cabra, is an Australian rugby league football club that was originally formed in 1919 and then later completely formed as the Two Blues in 1939. They have always based from the Parramatta Junior Leagues, and their junior teams compete in the Parramatta District Junior Rugby League Association. They currently compete in the Sydney Shield and have previously competed in the Ron Massey Cup however both sides did not field a side for the 2022 season in either competition. They play out of the Cabramatta, New South Wales, Sports Ground Complex which can fit up to 5,000 spectators.
