Shaun Earle Fitzmaurice (born August 25,1942) is an American former professional baseball outfielder. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the New York Mets in 1966.
Fitzmaurice played college baseball for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish baseball team. [1] He represented the United States in baseball at the 1964 Summer Olympics as a demonstration sport in Tokyo. [2]
Fitzmaurice's professional career spanned 1964 to 1973;he played for farm teams of the New York Mets,Pittsburgh Pirates,New York Yankees,and Atlanta Braves. His only MLB appearances came with the Mets in 1966;in nine games,he had two hits in 13 at-bats and scored two runs. In his minor-league career,he played in over 800 games,primarily at the Triple-A level. [3]
Ralph Willard Terry was an American baseball player who played as a right-handed starting pitcher for twelve seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB). He played for the New York Yankees,Kansas City Athletics,Cleveland Indians,and New York Mets from 1956 to 1967. He was a member of the Yankees pitching rotation on five consecutive league champions from 1960 to 1964,enjoying his best season in 1962 when he was named to his only All-Star team,going on to lead the American League with 23 victories. In the 1962 World Series he was named the Most Valuable Player after posting wins in two of the last three games,including a 1–0 shutout in the decisive game seven. He is also notable for surrendering a walk-off home run to Bill Mazeroski that won the 1960 World Series for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Terry also played for the Kansas City Athletics,Cleveland Indians,and New York Mets. He later enjoyed a successful career as a professional golfer.

John Francis Paciorek is an American former professional baseball player. He attended high school in Michigan,and was signed by the Houston Colt .45s while playing for the school's baseball team. After a season in the minor leagues,he was promoted to the Colt .45's active roster,and played in one game at the end of the 1963 Houston Colt .45s season. In that game,he had three hits and two walks. However,injuries cut his career short;he missed most of 1964 and 1965 due to surgery,and retired after playing parts of four more seasons in the minors. He returned to school,graduated from the University of Houston,and became a physical education teacher after retiring.
