Shazia Khan is an Indian chef. She participated in MasterChef India (season 2), a cookery show that is hosted by STAR PLUS in India. [1] She became the first Runner-Up of MasterChef India Season 2. [2] [3] [4] [5] [6]

She is a member of the board of management, at Delhi Public School Bangalore North and Mysore. They run many educational institutes in Bangalore and Shazia involves herself in the education business. [7] [8] She is daughter-in-law of the former Union Minister K Rahman Khan. [9]

She has conducted cookery shows around the world, a television host, cookbook author "what's on the Menu, founder of The Cooking Studio, The Studio Cafe, [4] Goa and Chennai. [2]

Produced by Innovative Film Academy and Endemol Shine India, it is broadcast on Sun TV. The show is hosted by Vijay Sethupathi. The show was originally supposed to be aired in May 2021; however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic in India, the show was pushed back to 7 August 2021. The debut season of the Tamil version of MasterChef made the MasterChef format surpass 500 seasons worldwide.

Season 1 of the Indian Tamil-language competitive cooking reality TV series MasterChef India – Tamil which premiered on 7 August 2021 on Sun TV. The show is hosted by actor and producer Vijay Sethupathi, while professional chefs Harish Rao, Aarthi Sampath and Koushik S serve as judges for this season. Shali Nivekas was the guest host for episode 11 instead of Vijay Sethupathi due to the celebration episode of Vinayaka Chaturti.

MasterChef India is an Indian competitive cooking game show franchise based on the Australian show MasterChef Australia, which itself is based on the original British television show MasterChef. MasterChef India – Hindi and Junior Masterchef Swaad Ke Ustaad were produced by Colosceum Media. Endemol Shine India has been producing MasterChef India – Hindi since season 5 onwards through Star India and Sun TV Network with Innovative Film Academy co-producing it for other language versions.
