Sheppard Mullens

Sheppard Mullens, sometimes spelled Shepart Mullins or Shepherd Mullens, (died August 7, 1871) was a public official and state legislator in Texas. He served one term in the Texas House of Representatives [1] and also served as a delegate to the state's 1868 Constitutional Convention. [2]

He married Sallie Downs December 29, 1866 [1] In 1869 Major General Joseph J. Reynolds, military commander of Texas, appointed Mullens to a four-year term as a McLennan county commissioner in 1869. [1] He was buried at the First Street Cemetery in Waco. [1]

He introduced multiparty politics in 1990 and was then stripped of executive powers by the 1991 National Conference, remaining in office as a ceremonial head of state. He stood as a candidate in the 1992 presidential election but was defeated, placing third.

Francis P.Mull Eugene Mullen is the former vocalist of the American technical death metal band Suffocation. He is one of the first vocalists to introduce low-pitched guttural vocals into the death metal genre. He performed and recorded with the band from 1989 to 2018.

Mancz went undrafted in the 2015 NFL Draft and signed with the Texans shortly thereafter.
