Shermeen Ali is a Pakistani actress, model and host. [1] She is known for her roles in dramas Pyar Ke Sadqay , Tum Ho Wajah , Ruswai , Laut Ke Chalay Aana , Sang-e-Mar Mar and Pardes . [2] [3]

Shermeen was born in 1990 on 24 June in Karachi, Pakistan. [4] She completed her studies from University of Karachi. [4]

Career

She made her debut as an actress in 2015 on Hum TV drama Mera Dard Na Janay Koi as Ramla. [5] [6] She was noted for her roles in dramas Sanam , Zara Yaad Kar , Jalti Barish and Sang-e-Mar Mar . [7] [8] After that sharmeen appeared in dramas Laut Ke Chalay Aana , Aadat , Choti Choti Batain and Aatish . [9] [10] Since then she appeared in dramas Qismat , Pyar Ke Sadqay , Tum Ho Wajah and Pardes . [11] [12] [13] [14] [15] [16]

Personal life

Shermeen was married but later they divorced and she has one daughter.

Laut Ke Chalay Aana is a Pakistani family drama series, produced by Asif Noor and Dr.Huma. The drama airs weekly on Geo Entertainment every Wednesday. It is written by Shahzad Javed It stars Noman Ijaz, Savera Nadeem, Minal Khan, Shermeen Ali and Arisha Razi in lead roles. Serial marks return of Savera Nadeem to small screen after short series of break. The show did not get that good TRPs in competition to Hum TV and ARY Digital in the same slot and was ended early.

It has Bilal Abbas and Yumna Zaidi in leads and Yashma Gill, Omair Rana and Atiqa Odho in supporting roles. The series received critical acclaim due to Rind's direction and Khan's performance as Abdullah. Pyar Ke Sadqay won the most awards at the 2021 Lux Style Awards, including Best Actor Critics for Khan and Best Actress Critics and Best Actress Popular both for Zaidi.
