Shetta (born Nurdin Bilal Juma) is a Tanzanian musician and politician. He is widely recognized for his contribution to Bongo Flava music and later for his involvement in Tanzanian politics. He currently serves as the Mayor of Dar es Salaam.

In 2025, Shetta entered politics after being endorsed by Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) to contest for the councillorship of Mchikichini Ward in Ilala District, Dar es Salaam. [1]
Following the 2025 local government elections, he was elected as a councillor for Mchikichini Ward. Subsequently, members of the Dar es Salaam City Council elected him as the Mayor of Dar es Salaam , making him the ceremonial head and chairperson of the city council.
Shetta is known for maintaining a relatively private personal life. Outside music and politics, he has been involved in youth empowerment and community-based initiatives in Dar es Salaam.
