Shrewsbury Town Football Club is a professional association football club based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England. The team competes in League One, the third tier of English football. The club plays its home games at New Meadow, having moved from the Gay Meadow in 2007. They have won the Shropshire Senior Cup a record 67 times and are the only club from the county to ever play in the Football League.

Its Vitality Blast T20 team has been rebranded the Worcestershire Rapids, but the county is known by most fans as 'the Pears'. The club is based at New Road, Worcester. Founded in 1865, Worcestershire held minor status at first and was a prominent member of the early Minor Counties Championship in the 1890s, winning the competition three times. In 1899, the club joined the County Championship and the team was elevated to first-class status. Since then, Worcestershire have played in every top-level domestic cricket competition in England.

The Barnt Green Cricket Club is an amateur cricket club in Barnt Green, near Bromsgrove in North Worcestershire. The club are fortunate enough to own two grounds in close proximity to one another and have both artificial and grass practice areas. The 1st XI and 2nd XIs currently play in the Worcestershire County Cricket League and Birmingham and District Premier League. The 3rd and 4th XIs play in the Worcestershire County Cricket League. They were the last club to be invited into the Old Birmingham League set-up before the pyramid system was introduced, replacing Mitchells and Butlers Cricket Club, and won the Division 1 title in their first season, in 1995. They also won the Division 1 title in 1997, and the Premier Division title in 2005 and 2011. They were runners-up in the ECB National Club Cricket Championship in 2002 and 2005. They play their home games at Cherry Hill Road, Barnt Green, which is also used by Worcestershire County Cricket Club 2nd XI. Former internationals who have played for the club include Grant Flower, Richard Illingworth, Dougie Brown and Gus Mackay. Current players include Tom Banton Ed Pollock and Matthew Lamb Darren Cullen is also a member, the only man ever to have played on every ground in the league at least three times and be able to recite countless tales from a number of 'last-ball' thrillers. He has also upset many an opposition over a long and undistinguished carrer
Kidderminster Cricket Club is a cricket club in Kidderminster, Worcestershire, England. Their 1st and 2nd XIs currently play in the Birmingham and District Premier League Premier Division. Their 3rd, 4th and 5th XIs play in the Worcestershire County Cricket League. The club play their home games at Chester Road, a venue which has also hosted Worcestershire County Cricket Club matches. Kidderminster are one of the longest-serving members of the Birmingham and District League, having joined in 1895. They won the Division 1 title in 1899, 1901, 1924, 1929, 1946, 1950, 1962 and 1975. They also shared the Division 1 title in 1966 and 1973. The Club was Founded Prior to 1850 In 2003 Kidderminster Cricket Club, which had been a member of the Birmingham Cricket League for many years, amalgamated with Victoria & Blakeley Hall Cricket Club to become the Kidderminster Victoria Cricket Club it is known as today.

Their 1st XI play in the Birmingham and District Premier League Premier Division, which they won in 2003 and 2004. The side was relegated to Division 1 at the end of the 2007 season however was promoted again after finishing 2nd at the end of the 2009 season.

Uppington is a village and former civil parish, now in the parish of Wroxeter and Uppington, in the Shropshire district, in the ceremonial county of Shropshire, England. It is situated 7.5 miles East from Shrewsbury and 4 miles South-East from Wellington. It is located within the Diocese of Lichfield, within the Rural Deanery of Wrockwardine. Uppington covers a total area of around 706 acres, much of this being open fields, used for arable and pastoral farming, as well as a small amount of local woodland. In 1961 the parish had a population of 86. On 1 April 1986 the parish was abolished and merged with Wroxeter to form "Uppington & Wroxeter".

The club was formed in 1855 and celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2005 with a fixture against Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC). Oswestry Cricket Club has four teams which represent them on Saturdays during the cricket season, a "friendly" team that plays on Sundays, and the "Aardvarks" team which plays midweek fixtures. Its home venue is Morda Road in Oswestry. The club has a number of junior teams from which the bulk of its players are traditionally drawn. The club is associated with "The Bedouins Cricket Club" who also play at Morda Road.
