Avelo Airlines is an American ultra low-cost carrier headquartered in Houston, Texas. It previously operated charter flights as Casino Express Airlines and Xtra Airways, before transitioning to scheduled operations and rebranding as Avelo Airlines on April 8, 2021. The airline's first scheduled flight under the Avelo name was on April 28, 2021, from Hollywood Burbank Airport to Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport.

Kennedy International Airport in New York City onboard Korean Air Flight 086. The Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Allegations of State Capture, Corruption and Fraud in the Public Sector including Organs of State, better known as the Zondo Commission or State Capture Commission, is a public inquiry established in January 2018 by former President Jacob Zuma to investigate allegations of state capture, corruption, and fraud in the public sector in South Africa. By December 2020, the commission had interviewed 278 witnesses and collected 159,109 pages and one exabyte of data as evidence. After receiving five extensions, the commission is expected to finalise its report by the end of December 2021, with an official deadline of 1 January 2022. The first part of the report was published on 4 January 2022. The fifth and final part was published on 22 June 2022. It has cost the state close to R1 billion, far more than any prior South African judicial inquiry.
