Sierra Springs is a brand of spring water owned by Primo Water. [1] The company began in 1950 in Sacramento, California, [2] but has since branched out to the U.S. west coast and as far east as Texas. Most of its operations are in Oregon.

Sierra Springs water was the only brand of bottled water consumed by Adrian Monk (from the Television series Monk ), during the first five seasons of the series. In later episodes Monk changed to the fictitious brand Summit Creek. [3]

Monk is an American comedy-drama detective television series that originally ran on the USA Network from July 12, 2002, to December 4, 2009, with 125 episodes broadcast over eight seasons. The series follows Adrian Monk, a private detective with obsessive–compulsive disorder and multiple phobias, and his assistants Sharona Fleming and Natalie Teeger. Monk works with the San Francisco Police Department in solving unconventional cases while investigating his wife's unsolved murder. Starry is a lemon-lime soft drink distributed by PepsiCo. Distribution began in January 2023. The brand is aimed at competing against Sprite and 7 Up. In January 2023, Starry replaced Sierra Mist as Pepsi's lemon-lime flavored drink, in part because Sierra Mist failed to gain market share in the growing category. Starry contains no caffeine, and as of April 2023 is available in Regular and Zero-Sugar varieties.
