The Silicon Valley International is an open international badminton open tournament held in California, United States. The event is part of the Badminton World Federation's International Series [1] and part of the Badminton Pan America Circuit.

Halim Haryanto Ho is an Indonesian former badminton player. He is a former world champion along with his doubles partner Tony Gunawan. Haryanto immigrated to the United States in 2004 to pursue a coaching career. He now resides in San Diego, California, Apex Badminton Academy head coach at SDBCC in San Diego and representing the United States as a badminton player of Team USA.

The Singapore Open is a badminton event that has been held in Singapore annually since 1929. Badminton World Federation categorized Singapore Open as one of the seven BWF World Tour Super 500 events in the BWF events structure since 2018.
The Irish International or Irish Open in badminton is an international open held in Ireland since 1902 and is thereby one of the oldest badminton tournaments in the world. It was however interrupted by the two World Wars. This tournament is currently a part of the European Badminton Circuit and takes place at the beginning of December every year as part of the home nations loop of International tournaments that include the Scottish Open and the Welsh Open in consecutive weeks. The tournament for most part and in recent years has been an International Challenge rated event. The recent exception was in 2012 when the tournament was downgraded to International Series due to funding. Recent editions have been held in the Baldoyle Badminton Centre except for 2007 and 2011 tournaments which were held in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.

Hans-Kristian Solberg Vittinghus is a Danish badminton player. He was a member of the winning Denmark team at the 2016 Thomas Cup in Kunshan, China.
Eva Twedberg is a former Swedish badminton player who won women's singles at numerous international championships. Noted for her stamina and swift court coverage, her peak years were the late 1960s and the early 1970s. Among other titles, she won the World Invitational Championships held in Glasgow, in 1971 in both singles and doubles, the prestigious All-England singles title in 1968 and 1971; the Danish Open in 1968, 1970, and 1972; the U.S. Open in 1972 and 1973; and the European Championships in 1970. Mrs. Stuart is the most successful player in the history of the Swedish National Badminton Championships with a combined total of 44 titles in national restricted and national open competition earned between 1960 and 1976. During the latter part of her badminton career she married the Northumberland county and England badminton internationalist Elliot Stuart and represented Northumberland.
Mathias Boe is a badminton player from Denmark. He was the gold medalist at the 2015 European Games, two time European champions winning in 2012 and 2017, and the silver medalist at the 2012 Summer Olympics. He joined the Denmark winning team at the 2016 Thomas Cup in Kunshan, China.
Srikanth Kidambi is an Indian badminton player who trains at the Gopichand Badminton Academy, Hyderabad. He was ranked as world number 1 in the BWF rankings in April 2018. Kidambi was awarded the Padma Shri, India's fourth highest civilian award, in 2018. and the Arjuna award in 2015. In 2021, he became the first ever Indian to reach the World Championship final in the men's singles discipline and won the silver medal.

Rawinda Prajongjai is a Thai badminton player. She was part of the national women's team that clinched the gold medal at the 2015, 2017 and 2019 Southeast Asian Games, also won the women's doubles title in 2017. Started her career as a singles player, she won her first international title at the 2013 Smiling Fish International tournament. She later focused on playing in doubles, and won her first Grand Prix tournament in 2015 Vietnam Open teamed-up with Jongkolphan Kititharakul.

Anders Antonsen is a Danish badminton player. He won the gold medal at the 2015 European Junior Championships in the boys singles event, and at the same year was awarded the European Young Player of the Year. Together with the national team, he won the European Men's Team Championships in 2016 and 2018; also European Mixed Team Championships in 2017, 2019 and 2021. Antonsen was the champion at the 2019 Minsk European Games, 2021 European Championships, and the silver medalists at the 2017 European Championships, and the 2019 World Championships.
Lee Zii Jia is a Malaysian badminton player. He was the men's singles gold medalist at the 2019 Southeast Asian Games and won his first BWF Super 1000 title at the 2021 All England Open.
