Sinners EP is the 2nd music release by artist Lauren Aquilina, it is the follow-up to her 2012 release Fools EP . The EP, like the previous years effort 'Fools' was self-released through Interlude Artists. The EP beat Aquilina's previous effort Fools by peaking at number 5 in the main UK iTunes album chart. Sinners EP also sat at the No. 1 spot in Malta's album chart for over 16 weeks due to the fact Aquilina is half-Maltese by descent.
The title track Sinners peaked at number 66 in the official UK single chart without any radio playlist, PR or label involvement. 'Sinners' the track itself also found its way to first week placement in no less than 5 U.S Billboard charts, the official charting body in the U.S.
Sinners EP received widespread positive response, having been discovered by BBC Radio 1 presenter Jen Long, Sinners was added to the BBC Introducing Playlist which also resulted in the song being played on daytime Radio 1.
The title track from the EP was chosen as iTunes free single of the week in the UK and was featured on the iTunes homepage. It went on to be the highest ever free download from the iTunes music store in the UK with over 316,000 downloads in its week of placement.

In September 2013 Aquilina completed her second ever headline tour in support of Sinners EP. The seven-date tour sold-out completely.
Julia Fordham is a British singer-songwriter. Her professional career started in the early 1980s, under the name "Jules Fordham", as a backing singer for Mari Wilson and Kim Wilde, before signing a recording contract of her own later that decade. Fordham is now based in California.

Written by Robbie Nevil, Lauren Evans, Jonas Jeberg and Mich Hansen the song was released in the U.S. on June 10, 2008. Sparks performed the song on the season finale of the seventh season of American Idol.

In 2008, it was remade as a dance track by Swedish musician Basshunter becoming a hit single for him as "I Miss You" in 2008, notably in the United Kingdom, Germany and Sweden.

"Higher" is the fifth single from English singer-songwriter Taio Cruz's second studio album, Rokstarr. It was written and produced by Cruz and Sandy Vee, and was released on 26 November 2010. This song was originally written for Australian singer Kylie Minogue's album Aphrodite, but plans fell through. However, Cruz and Minogue recorded a version of the song for the European release, while American rapper Travie McCoy recorded guest raps for the American release. The Brazilian and United Kingdom versions have parts of McCoy's rap mixed into the Minogue version. The version on Cruz's albums feature a solo vocal by Cruz with no guest vocalist and an edited version of the solo version was added to Radio Disney's playlist.

Lauren Amber Aquilina is a Maltese-English singer and songwriter. Born in Bristol, she gained popularity by independently releasing a trilogy of EPs whilst studying at school. Nothing but Thieves are an English rock band, formed in 2012 in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. They consist of lead vocalist and guitarist Conor Mason, guitarist Joe Langridge-Brown, guitarist and keyboardist Dominic Craik, bassist Philip Blake, and drummer James Price. In 2014, they signed to RCA Records and a year later in October 2015, they released their self-titled debut album. Neo Jessica Joshua, better known as Nao, is an English singer-songwriter and record producer from East London. Her sound has been described as soul combined with electronic music, funk and R&B. Nao coined the term "wonky funk" to describe her style. She released her debut album, For All We Know, in 2016, her second album, Saturn, in 2018, followed by her most recent album, And Then Life Was Beautiful, released in 2021.
