She has worked along with filmmakers Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, as their writing partner, creative producer [2] and creative partner [3] on various movies including their debut movie 99,starring Kunal Khemu, Boman Irani, Soha Ali Khan. [4]

Menon continued working with the duo, as a writer for Shor in the City, Go Goa Gone, Happy Ending and A Gentleman. [5] [6] [7] [8]

Go Goa Gone is a 2013 Indian Hindi-language zombie action comedy film directed by Raj and D.K. The film features Saif Ali Khan, Kunal Khemu, Vir Das, Anand Tiwari and Puja Gupta. It was released on 10 May 2013. Almost one third of the film was shot in Mauritius. It is the first Indian zombie film and has also been described as India's first stoner film. Go Goa Gone was successful at the box office. It received mixed reviews, but it received praise for its pacing, editing and use of zombies, though the screenplay and the second act received criticism. A sequel titled Go Goa Gone 2 is set for a release by 2023.

Cinema Bandi is a 2021 Indian Telugu-language Neo-noir dramedy film directed by debutant Praveen Kandregula. Produced by Raj & DK the film features several debutant actors. Set in a village near the Andhra–Karnataka border, the plot revolves around a group of young filmmakers try to make a film through a camera they found. The film premiered on Netflix on 14 May 2021. Cinema Bandi is featured in the Indian Panorama section at the 53rd IFFI where it won the Jury Special Mention. The film is inspired from an Indian documentary "Supermen of Malegaon" (2012) where the basic premise is directly taken from the documentary and also certain scenes like bullock cart using as a jimmy and the climax scene of showcasing the film to the village people were included in the film.
