Citadel: Honey Bunny is an upcoming Indian spy action television series and spin-off to the American television series Citadel , on Amazon Prime Video, created by Raj & DK and written and directed by Raj & DK and Sita Menon. It stars Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu as the title characters with Kay Kay Menon, Simran Bagga and Emma Canning. [1]

In December 2022, Anthony and Joe Russo announced the Indian spin-off of Citadel . [2]

Casting

Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu play the lead cast in the series as Honey and Bunny, marking the latter's debut in Bollywood. [3]

Filming

Filming of the series began in January 2023. [4] The series was shot in Serbia and India. [5] Filming wrapped on 13 July 2023. [6]
