The Academy is headed by Raghu Ram who has also been involved in MTV Roadies. Accompanying Raghu are singer and performer, Neha Bhasin of the Viva fame and voice coach Prashant Samadhar.

Raghu Ram Ambadapudi is an Indian television producer and actor. He was a senior supervising producer at MTV India and an anchor/ director on MTV Roadies, MTV Dropout Pvt Ltd and MTV Splitsvilla. He was married to actress Sugandha Garg. He has a twin brother, Rajiv Lakshman who worked with him on MTV Roadies. The brothers launched their own content studio called Monozygotic Solutions Pvt. Ltd in 2014.

Suhit Gosain is an Indian pop-singer, actor, and performer. He was a contestant on Indian Idol 3, a reality musical show aired on Sony Entertainment Television, modeled on Pop Idol. He was a favourite of Alisha Chinai, who was a judge of the same show. He was a part of the F4 boy-band which also included- Abhishek, Parleen and Meiyang Chang. The Kapil Sharma Show, also known as TKSS, is an Indian Hindi-language stand-up comedy and talk show broadcast by Sony Entertainment Television.
