The mixed team competition of the ski jumping events at the 2012 Winter Youth Olympics in Innsbruck, Austria, was held on January 21, at the Toni-Seelos-Olympiaschanze. Each of the 13 teams consists of a female ski jumper, a male Nordic Combined skier and a male ski jumper. [1]

Results

The first round was started on 21 January at 14:30 [2] and the final round at 15:00. [3]

Four Hills Tournament

The Four Hills Tournament or the German-Austrian Ski Jumping Week is a ski jumping event composed of four World Cup events and has taken place in Germany and Austria each year since 1953. With few exceptions, it has consisted of the ski jumping events held at Oberstdorf, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Innsbruck and Bischofshofen, in this order.

Jakub Janda

Jakub Janda is a Czech former ski jumper and current politician. In ski jumping he competed from 1996 to 2017, winning the 2005/06 World Cup and 2005/06 Four Hills Tournament, as well as silver and bronze medals at the 2005 World Championships. Janda is one of the most successful ski jumpers from the Czech Republic, and remains their only World Cup champion to date.

Noriaki Kasai is a Japanese ski jumper. His career achievements include a gold medal at the 1992 Ski Flying World Championships, winning the 1999 Nordic Tournament, individual silver medal at the 2014 Winter Olympics, and two individual bronze medals at the 2003 Ski Jumping World Championships.

Anssi Koivuranta

Anssi Einar Koivuranta is a retired Finnish ski jumper and former Nordic combined skier, best known for winning the 2008–09 FIS Nordic Combined World Cup. He won the gold medal in the 4 × 5 km team event and a bronze medal in the 15 km Gundersen race at the 2007 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Sapporo. After winning a Ski Jumping World Cup competition in Innsbruck on 4 January 2014, Koivuranta became the first ever athlete in history of ski jumping to win an event in both Nordic combined and the ski jumping World Cup.

The 2006/07 FIS Ski Jumping World Cup was the 28th World Cup season. It begun in Kuusamo, Finland on 24 November 2006 and finished in Planica, Slovenia on 25 March 2007. Adam Małysz, Poland won the individual World Cup. e.on Ruhrgas was this season's main sponsor, and therefore, this season's leader's jersey was red, in reference to the company, rather than the traditional yellow.

Anders Jacobsen (ski jumper) Norwegian ski jumper

Anders Jacobsen is a Norwegian former ski jumper. He competed at the 2010 and 2014 Winter Olympics and won a team bronze medal in the large hill event in 2010. He is the youngest Norwegian winner of Four Hills Tournament.

Gregor Schlierenzauer Austrian ski jumper

Gregor Schlierenzauer is an Austrian ski jumper. He is one of the sport's most successful athletes of all time, having won the Ski Jumping World Cup overall title, the Four Hills Tournament, and Nordic Tournament twice each; the Ski Flying World Cup overall title three times; as well as four medals at the Winter Olympics, twelve at the Ski Jumping World Championships, and five at the Ski Flying World Championships.

Kamil Stoch Polish ski jumper

Kamil Wiktor Stoch is a Polish ski jumper. He is one of the most successful ski jumpers from Poland and the history of the sport, having won two World Cup overall titles, three Four Hills Tournaments, three individual gold medals at the Winter Olympics, individual and team gold at the Ski Jumping World Championships, and individual silver at the Ski Flying World Championships. His other tournament wins include Raw Air (twice), the Willingen Five, and Planica7.

The 2009–10 FIS Ski Jumping World Cup was the 31st World Cup season in ski jumping and the 13th official World Cup season in ski flying. It started on 26 November 2009 at the Rukatunturi ski jumping hill in Kuusamo, Finland and finished on 14 March 2010 at Holmenkollen, Norway.

The men's normal hill individual ski jumping competition for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada was held on 12 and 13 February 2010 at Whistler Olympic Park in Whistler, British Columbia. It was the first medal event of the 2010 Games.

Ski jumping at the 2010 Winter Olympics – Large hill individual

The Men's large hill individual ski jumping competition for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada was held at Whistler Olympic Park in Whistler, British Columbia. It started on 19 February and ended on 20 February. Austria's Thomas Morgenstern was the defending Olympic champion in this event. Andreas Küttel of Switzerland was the defending world champion in this event. Two test events took place at the Olympic venue on 24–25 January 2009, both won by Austria's Gregor Schlierenzauer. On the 25th, Schlierenzauer set the hill jumping record with a jump of 149.0 metres (488.8 ft) which was also tied by Finland's Ville Larinto. The last World Cup event in this format prior to the 2010 Games took place on 6 February 2010 in Willingen, Germany and was won by Schlierenzauer.

Peter Prevc Slovenian ski jumper

Peter Prevc is a Slovenian ski jumper. He is one of the sport's most successful contemporary athletes, having won the 2016 Ski Jumping World Cup overall title and two Olympic medals, silver and bronze at the 2014 Winter Olympics. His other career accomplishments include finishing runner-up in the 2014 and 2015 World Cup seasons, winning the 2016 Four Hills Tournament and 2016 Ski Flying World Championships, three consecutive Ski Flying World Cup overall titles, silver and bronze medals at the 2013 Ski Jumping World Championships, bronze at the 2014 Ski Flying World Championships, and bronze and silver with the Slovenian national team at the 2011 Ski Jumping and 2018 Ski Flying World Championships, respectively.

Sara Takanashi Japanese ski jumper

Sara Takanashi is a Japanese ski jumper. She is one of the most successful female ski jumper to date, as well as one of the most successful athletes in the history of the sport, having won four World Cup overall titles, five World Championship medals, and a Winter Olympic medal. As of February 2021, Takanashi holds the record for the most individual World Cup wins, male or female, with 60.

Andreas Wellinger German ski jumper

Andreas Wellinger is a German ski jumper. His career-best achievements include winning an individual gold medal at the 2018 Winter Olympics, individual silver at the 2018 Winter Olympics, mixed team gold at the 2017 Ski Jumping World Championships, and team silver at the 2016 Ski Flying World Championships. Wellinger's best finish in the World Cup overall standings is fourth, in the 2016/17 season.

China at the 2018 Winter Olympics Sporting event delegation

China competed at the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea, from 9 to 25 February 2018. China competed in 12 sports, participating in bobsleigh, skeleton and ski jumping for the first time. Liu Jiayu won a silver medal in Women's halfpipe, the first ever medal in snowboarding for China. Gao Tingyu won a bronze medal in the Men's 500m speed skating event and became the first male speed skater from China to win a medal in Olympic speed skating. Wu Dajing won a gold medal in the Men's 500 m short track speed skating event and became the first male short track speed skater from China to win a gold medal in Olympic short track speed skating. He also broke the world record. With Beijing being the host of the 2022 Winter Olympics, a Chinese segment was performed at the closing ceremony. Those 2022 Winter Olympics will make Beijing the first city to host both a Winter and Summer Olympics, after they hosted the 2008 Summer Olympics. China won 9 medals in total.

The men's normal hill individual ski jumping competition for the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea, was held on 8 to 10 February 2018 at the Alpensia Ski Jumping Stadium.

Ski jumping at the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics – Mixed team normal hill

The mixed team ski jumping event at the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics was held on 20 January at the Les Tuffes Nordic Centre.

The Nordic mixed team normal hill/4 × 3.3 km competition at the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics was held on 22 January at the Les Tuffes Nordic Centre, France and Vallée de Joux Cross-Country Centre.
