Skip Shea is an American filmmaker, writer, artist and actor from Uxbridge, Massachusetts. He was nominated for an Emmy as a producer on season 2 for Beacon Hill the Series . He initially adapted the book and wrote season 1 which was also nominated. His first feature-length movie is Trinity (2016 film) . Trinity was inspired in part by writer-director Skip Shea's own experiences with clergy abuse. [1] His second feature Seeds won the Rondo Hatton Award for Best Indie Feature in 2020. [2] His first film award was for “Ave Maria”, “Interiora Horror Fest”, 2013, Rome, Italy. [3]

<i>Red Cockroaches</i> 2003 Cuban film

Red Cockroaches is a Cuban film released in 2003. This feature film was the debut production of Miguel Coyula and was the result of a two-year effort on a tiny budget of $2,000. Shot entirely using a portable digital camcorder and edited on a home computer, Red Cockroaches is an example of DIY cinema. In its review, Variety called it a "A triumph of technology in the hands of a visionary with know-how..." It is the first of a planned trilogy which continues with Corazon Azul.

Glenn Erickson is an American film editor and film critic. A graduate of the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television, he started in the film industry in 1975 as an editor of low-budget films and later worked in minor technical crew capacities for the major films Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977) and 1941 (1979). As an editor, his credits include supplemental documentary materials for DVD releases of films, including The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly (1966), Buckaroo Banzai (1985) and To Live and Die in L.A. (1985). He was nominated for an Emmy Award in 2001 for his editing of the Jack Cardiff montage tribute screened at the 73rd Academy Awards presentation. In 1997, he produced the restoration of the original ending to Kiss Me Deadly (1955).

Partly inspired by Shea's own experiences with clergy abuse, the film stars Sean Carmichael as Michael, an artist who becomes tortured by his past after a chance encounter with a priest who abused him as a child.

Luzifer is a 2021 Austrian supernatural horror drama film written and directed by Peter Brunner. Starring Susanne Jensen and Franz Rogowski, the film centers on a man who lives in a secluded alpine hut with his mother and his pet eagle, their relative peace and faith shattered as strange and increasingly sinister supernatural occurrences begin to unfold around them.
