Skrzydlata Polska is a Polish aeronautics magazine, published since 1930. It is the oldest journal on the subject of aviation in Poland. [1]

The magazine is important is covering civilian and military problems in aviation and developments. It also has much current information on all types of shows and displays.

PZL.50 Jastrząb (Hawk) was a Polish late 1930s fighter aircraft designed by Wsiewołod Jakimiuk at Państwowe Zakłady Lotnicze. The single-seat low-wing monoplane was to serve as a multi-purpose fighter and escort to replace all other fighters in the Polish Military Aviation. Designed after 1936, its prototype first flew in February 1939. By September, the first production aircraft were nearing completion, but further development was interrupted by the Nazi-Soviet Invasion of Poland.

Mariusz "Mike" Adamski is a USA resident, an American aerial photographer, media manager and defense analyst who has flown many times worldwide with the United States Air Force and Polish Air Force at Krzesiny Air Base. He is a graduate of the National Defense University in Warsaw, Poland. Adamski's works have been published in books, postage stamps, important journals and aviation publications, such as Aviation Week & Space Technology, Air Forces Monthly and Flight International.

She flew in the British Air Transport Auxiliary during the Second World War, when she was known as Barbara Wojtulanis. She was one of the first two Polish woman pilots to join the British Air Transport Auxiliary, the other being Anna Leska.
