The Skyline, officially Woodberry Down-Skyline, is a residential building located in Woodberry Down, London. It is the tallest residential tower block in North London [1] and a landmark of the Hackney skyline.
Development began in 2011 and ended in 2017. It was constructed by Berkeley Homes as a part of the larger Woodberry Down Restoration program, and was designed by architecture firm Rolfe Judd.
The regeneration scheme involved delivering over 5,500 new homes and represented an investment of c. £1bn. The regeneration started in 2004 when the Hackney Council adopted an outline masterplan and is due to complete in 2035 (31 years later). [2]
The scheme won the Project of the Year award in 2018 from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). [3]
The Skyline is the tallest building at the centre of Woodberry Down. There are 139 apartments in the building and 31 floors with total 101 meters in height. [1] The tower includes a resident-only gym, 15-meter swimming pool and spa facilities and a Sainsbury's Local supermarket. [4]
It is located to the east of Finsbury Park and Manor House station and on the north side of Woodberry Down Reservoirs, which consist in the West reservoir dedicated to sailing and the East reservoir dedicated to a nature reserve known as Woodberry Wetlands.

Henninger Turm was a grain storage silo located in the Sachsenhausen-Süd district of Frankfurt, Germany. It was built by Henninger Brewery and had a storage capacity of 16,000 tons of barley. The 120 m (390 ft), 33-storey, reinforced concrete tower was designed by Karl Lieser and was built from 1959 to 1961. It was inaugurated on 18 May 1961. It was demolished in 2013. Until 1974 it was the tallest building in Frankfurt; and it remained the tallest storage silo in the world until its demolition.

Deansgate Square, formerly known as Owen Street, is a residential skyscraper cluster on the southern edge of Manchester City Centre, England, consisting of four towers, the tallest of which is 201 metres (659 ft). The site is just south of Deansgate railway station and north of the Mancunian Way, bounded by Deansgate, Owen Street and the River Medlock. The towers sit at different angles to each other, with a slight bevel, or 'cut back', on each side of each building which ensures the towers catch the light at different times of day.

King Power Mahanakhon, formerly known as MahaNakhon (มหานคร), is a mixed-use skyscraper in the Silom/Sathon central business district of Bangkok, Thailand. It was opened in December 2016 by MahaNakhon Managing Director Kipsan Beck. It features the unconventional appearance of a glass curtain walled square tower with a cuboid-surfaced helix cut into the side of the building. Following transfer of the first residential units in April 2016, at 314.2 metres (1,031 ft) with 77 floors, it was recognized as the tallest building in Thailand on 4 May 2016 by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). Featuring hotel, retail and residences, 200 units of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok inside the building are priced between around $US1,100,000 to $US17,000,000, making it one of the most expensive condominiums in Bangkok.
Australia 108 is a residential supertall skyscraper in the Southbank precinct of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Having officially topped out in June 2020, it became the tallest building in Australia by roof height, surpassing the Eureka Tower, and the second-tallest building in Australia by full height, surpassed by Q1 Tower.

One Nine Elms is a mixed-use skyscraper scheme currently under construction in Nine Elms, London. It was originally developed by Wanda One, a UK subsidiary company of Dalian Wanda, until they sold the project to R&F Properties, another Chinese firm in 2018. It was designed by architects Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF). The development replaces two towers on the site built in the 1970s called Market Towers and forms part of a wider redevelopment of the Nine Elms area of London. The development consists of two towers: the 57-storey City Tower contains 334 homes, while the 42-storey River Tower contains a 203-room Park Hyatt luxury hotel and 103 luxury Park Hyatt-branded apartments. Upon completion in 2024, One Nine Elms will become one of the tallest residential developments in London and the United Kingdom.
Sky Gardens Nine Elms is a residential and retail tower in Nine Elms, within the borough of Lambeth, London. The scheme has been designed by architects Careyjones Chapmantolcher (CJCT) and developed by Fraser Property Development UK. Its construction was part of a wider regeneration of the Nine Elms area of London. The building is 120 metres (390 ft) in height.
Woodberry Wetlands is a nature reserve and designated Site of Metropolitan Importance on the site of the East Reservoir in the Manor House area in the London Borough of Hackney. The site opened to the public for the first time in 200 years on 1 May 2016. Covering 4.5 ha and situated close to the Lee Valley, Woodberry Wetlands was acquired as a nature reserve in 2014. The site is owned by Thames Water and run by London Wildlife Trust.

The Sheraton Hotel Samsun is a hotel in Samsun, Turkey. The hotel is Samsun's second tallest building with 28 floors and a height of 115 meters. The building was completed in 2015 and is located along the seafront of the city to the north of its port on Atatürk Boulevard. The hotel belongs to the Sheraton Hotels and Resorts chain.
