Slow Roast Records is an independent record label based out of Miami, Florida, US.
Slow Roast Records was founded in 2009 [1] by the 3x DMC World Champion [2] DJ Craze and Kill the Noise. [3] The Miami New Times acknowledges the record label's starting to make big waves in the independent scene in recent years saying, "After a couple of years of carefully cooking up the right beats, choosing the right artists, and prepping the right releases, Craze, Kill the Noise, and their genre-bending label hit it hard in 2013." [2] Until recently, Slow Roast was distributed by their good friends at Fool's Gold Records. [4]
Craze was born in Nicaragua and grew up in Miami where he currently resides. He is known as one of the most accomplished turntablists of all time, having won over a dozen competition titles including a record three consecutive World DMC Championships. Craze also placed second in the 1999 DMC World Team Championships with his group The Allies (alongside fellow DMC World Champions A-Trak and Infamous) who took home the Team Championship the following year. [5] Kill The Noise, also known as Jake Stanczak or Ewun, is an electronic music producer from Rochester, NY currently living and working in Los Angeles, CA. [6] After gaining critical success with his Ewun project, Jake Stanczak delved into the spacier dubstep realm to create Kill The Noise. Since, he has worked with Deadmau5's label Mau5trap and collaborated with Skrillex on four tracks: "Right on Time" and "Burst" with 12th Planet, "Narcissistic Cannibal" with Korn and "Recess" with Fatman Scoop and Michael Angelakos. Jeff Abel, better known by his stage name Excision, is a Canadian DJ and electronic music producer. He is the founder of Rottun Recordings and Subsidia Records. Active since 2006, his first release, "Warning", was in 2007. He released an annual "Shambhala" mix album in the third quarter of each year until 2016. He started his own music festival the following year and releases annual mixes. He is known for his tours with immense sound systems and huge visual productions.

He has performed at Coachella, Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC), Lollapalooza, Ultra Music Festival, Creamfields, Spring Awakening Music Festival, Holy Ship, Electric Zoo, Electric Forest, Bonnaroo and Tomorrowland.

He was ranked 11th in the same poll in 2021; and in 2022 in same poll he ranked 12. In July 2017, he launched Dharma Worldwide, a sublabel of Spinnin' Records. Kshmr performed live at many music festivals like Coachella, Tomorrowland, EDC, Ultra and Sunburn.
Good Times Ahead are an electronic music duo from Miami consisting of house, electro house, trap and hip hop producers Julio Mejia and Matt Toth. After releasing music with the support of Laidback Luke in 2011, the duo caught the attention of Diplo, who featured them on his 2012 "Express Yourself" which was written by their cousin Joel Santillan. GTA has released music on labels such as Warner Bros., A-Trak's Fool's Gold, Laidback Luke's MixMash, Steve Angello's SIZE, Diplo's Mad Decent and more. They've toured the globe with Rihanna on her 2013 Diamonds World Tour, with Calvin Harris and Tiësto on their Greater Than World Tour, and have headlined their own Death To Genres Tour and Goons Take America Tours.
