History

Designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica, the tower was built in 2013. [1] [2]

Description

Situated in Milan’s Porta Nuova district, the tower stands 143 m (469 ft) tall with 37 floors, making it the tallest residential skyscraper in Italy. [2]

The building has a floorplan featuring three separate wings that extend from a central core, which serves as the main structural and distribution element. [3]
