The Solca gas field natural gas field is located near Solca in Suceava County. It was discovered in 2010 and developed by Europa Oil & Gas. [1] It was slated to begin production in 2012 and was anticipated to produce natural gas and condensates. The total proven reserves of the Solca gas field are around 80 billion cubic feet (2.3 km³), and production is slated to be around 106 million cubic feet/day (0.6×105m³) in 2012. [2] [ dead link ]
The Grădiştea gas field natural gas field in Grădiştea, Vâlcea County. It was discovered in 2002 and developed by Romgaz. It began production in 2007 and produces natural gas and condensates. The total proven reserves of the Grădiştea gas field are around 170 billion cubic feet (4.8 km³), and production is slated to increase from 15 million cubic feet/day (0.425×105m³) in 2007 to 30 million cubic feet/day (0.85×105m³).
The Doina gas field is a natural gas field located on the continental shelf of the Black Sea. It was discovered in 1990 and developed by Petrom. It began production in 1995 and produces natural gas and condensates. The total proven reserves of the Doina gas field are around 200 billion cubic feet (5.7 km³), and production is slated to be around 17.7 million cubic feet/day (0.5×105m³) in 2008.
The Deleni gas field is a natural gas field located in Băgaciu, Mureș County. It was discovered in 1912 and developed by and Romgaz. It began production in 1915 and produces natural gas and condensates. The total proven reserves of the Deleni gas field are around 3 trillion cubic feet (85 km3), and production is slated to be around 178 million cubic feet per day (5,000,000 m3/d) in 2010.
The Șamșud gas field is a natural gas field located in Șamșud, Sălaj County. It was discovered in 1915 and developed by and Romgaz. It began production in 1920 and produces natural gas and condensates. The total proven reserves of the Șamșud gas field are around 52 billion cubic feet (1.5 km³), and production is slated to be around 5.3 million cubic feet/day (0.67×105m³) in 2010.
The Bilca gas field is a natural gas field located in Bilca, Suceava County. It was discovered in 2000 and developed by and Aurelian Oil & Gas. It began production in 2006 and produces natural gas and condensates. The total proven reserves of the Bilca gas field are around 107 billion cubic feet (3 km³), and production is slated to be around 3.7 million cubic feet/day (0.1×105m³) in 2010.
Romania has proven natural gas reserves of 726 billion cubic meters and is ranked 30th among countries with proved reserves of natural gas. About 75% of Romania's natural gas resources are located in Transylvania, especially in Mureș and Sibiu counties. The largest natural gas field in Romania is the Deleni gas field discovered in 1912 and located in the Băgaciu commune in Mureș County with proven reserves of 85 billion cubic meters or 3 trillion cubic feet. Other important gas fields include the Filitelnic gas field, the Roman-Secuieni gas field, the Voitinel gas field, the Ghercești gas field and the Sărmașel gas field all with reserves larger than 10 billion cubic meters or 350 billion cubic feet. Currently Romania has the second largest natural gas reserves in the European Union just after the Netherlands.

It began production in 2010 and produces natural gas and condensates. The total proven reserves of the Gherăieşti gas field are around 52 billion cubic feet (1.5 km³), and production is slated to be around 3.52 million cubic feet/day (0.1×105m³) in 2010.
The Domino gas field natural gas field is located on the continental shelf of the Black Sea. It was discovered in 2012 and developed by Petrom and ExxonMobil. It will begin production in 2020 and will produce natural gas and condensates. The total proven reserves of the Domino gas field are between 1.46 trillion cubic feet (42 km³) and 2.92 trillion cubic feet (84 km³), and production is slated to be around 630 million cubic feet/day (17.8×106m³) in 2020.
The Odeske gas field natural gas field located on the continental shelf of the Black Sea. It was discovered in 2009 and developed by Chornomornaftogaz in cooperation with the China National Offshore Oil Corporation. It started commercial production on 5 September 2012. The total proven reserves of the Odesa gas field are around 746 billion cubic feet, and production is slated to be around 35 million cubic feet per day in 2015.
The Akçakoca gas field is a natural gas field located on the continental shelf of the Black Sea. It was discovered in 2004 and developed by a consortium consisting of Türkiye Petrolleri Anonim Ortaklığı, Petrol Ofisi, Tiway Oil and Stratic Oil. It began production in 2007 and produces natural gas and condensates. The total proven reserves of the Akçakoca gas field are around 127 billion cubic feet (3.6×109m³), and production is slated to be around 50 million cubic feet/day (1.4×106m³) in 2015.

It will begin production in 2015 and will produce natural gas and condensates. The total proven reserves of the Clara gas field are around 97 billion cubic feet (2.8 km³), and production is slated to be around 11 million cubic feet/day (0.31×106m³) in 2015.

The Zapolyarnoye gas field is a natural gas field located in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Russia. It was discovered in 1965, and developed (and operated) by Gazprom. It began production in 2001 and produces natural gas, oil, and condensates. The total proven reserves of the Zapolyarnoye gas field are around 95 trillion cubic feet (2300×109m³), and production is slated to be around 9.74 billion cubic feet/day (274×105m³) in 2010.
The Târnăveni gas field natural gas field is located near Târnăveni in Mureș County. It was discovered in 1950 and developed by Romgaz. It began production in 1955 and produces natural gas and condensates. The total proven reserves of the Târnăveni gas field are around 418 billion cubic feet (12 km³) and production is slated to be around 55 million cubic feet/day (1.55×105m³) in 2010.
The Shwe gas field is a natural gas field in Andaman Sea. It was discovered in 2004 and developed by and Daewoo. It began production in 2013 and produces natural gas and condensates. The total proven reserves of the Shwe gas field are around 9.1 trillion cubic feet (260 km³), and production is slated to be around 700 million cubic feet/day (20×105m³).
The Bezimenne gas field natural gas field located on the continental shelf of the Black Sea. It was discovered in 1997 and developed by Chornomornaftogaz. It started commercial production in 1997. The total proven reserves of the Bezimenne gas field are around 140 billion cubic feet, and production is slated to be around 20 million cubic feet per day in 2015.

It will begin production in 2018 and will produce natural gas and condensates. The total proven reserves of the Frasin-Gura Humorului gas field are around 36 billion cubic feet (1 km³), and production is slated to be around 4.9 million cubic feet/day (0.14×105m³) in 2010.
