Solid Rock Radio is an American Christian station Owned by Solid Rock Radio, Inc, a non-profit Christian ministry, it primarily broadcasts christian rock. They broadcast their music via the internet and are based in Aiken, South Carolina, United States.

History

Solid Rock Radio was founded in 2006 by William Moore, a passionate advocate for Christian rock music. The station's mission from the beginning was to showcase the diverse and dynamic world of Christian rock, spanning various sub-genres such as alternative rock, hard rock, and metal. [1]

Solid Rock Radio, is non-profit [2] and it relies on listeners for their support with tax-deductible donations. [3]

Programming

Programming includes music by such artists as: Theocracy, War Of Ages, Disciple, For Today and more. [4]

Also, Solid Rock Radio is home to Backstage With Mothership hosted by Cindy Blankenship. She is the Co-Founder of The Grizzly Awards and is on the booking team for the CVJM Loud and Proud Festival in Germany. [5] The show consist of interviews of artist and music industry professionals and can be heard Mondays at 8 PM EST. [6]
