Solveig Kloppen (born 10 June 1971) is a Norwegian journalist, actress and TV hostess. [1]
She is best known as hostess for "Idol", the Norwegian version of Pop Idol. She grew up in Vik in Sogn and at Jessheim.

Between March 3 and April 27 she was replaced by the following : Berte Rommetveit, Guri Solberg, Sandra Lyng Haugen, Marion Ravn and Silje Stang who each hosted one show next to Bergh. Tone-Lise Skagefoss and Tor Milde remained as judges and were joined by Amund Bjørklund and Hans Olav Grøttheim.

Both managed to advance through the semifinals to the top 12 and while Sørmeland placed third her boyfriend Width went on winning the entire show making him the youngest winner of the show. "Big in Japan" has charted in Belgium, Canada and the United Kingdom.

The seventh series of the Norwegian talent show Norske Talenter was broadcast beginning on 18 August 2015. Mia Gundersen returned with three new judges: Bjarne Brøndbo, Suleman Malik and Linn Skåber. The host Solveig Kloppen also returned. The young guitarist Odin Landbakk was announced as the winner on 27 November 2015; he was the first guitarist to win the show and Rapper Patrick Jørgensen finished as runner-up.
The eighth series of Norske Talenter, Norway's edition of the Got Talent franchise, premiered on 13 January 2017, after a one-year hiatus. Judges Mia Gundersen, Bjarne Brøndbo, Suleman Malik, and Linn Skåber all returned, and Solveig Kloppen remained the host. The winner was 14-year-old sign language interpreter Vilde Winge. Although Winde performed her interpreting to music, this was the first time the winner of the show was not a vocalist, instrumentalist, or a dancer in the traditional sense of the term and first-place. Second-place was taken by the dance duo Gemini Crew.
Romerike Folk High School is a freelance folk high school at Jessheim in Akershus. The school has approximately 105 students and is owned by Akershus county. Romerike has cultivated one discipline, theater and music. Each year, approximately 40-50 small and large performances, everything from concerts, the whole evening's theater pieces and smaller study projects. The biggest productions play 10-14 performances, usually twice a day. The students live in boarding houses.
Kongen befaler is a Norwegian comedy programme based on the British show Taskmaster. It has been broadcast on TVNorge and discovery+ since 2019. The show features five fixed panelists per series who all complete tasks, judged by Atle Antonsen from Series 1-6, Bård Ylvisåker for Series 7, then again by Atle Antonsen from Series 8 onwards, and assisted by Olli Wermskog.

Rider in Blue is a 1959 Swedish mystery thriller film directed by Arne Mattsson and starring Annalisa Ericson, Gunnel Broström and Bengt Brunskog. It was shot at the Centrumateljéerna Studios in Stockholm and on location at Bromma Airport and Strömsholm Castle. The film's sets were designed by the art director Bibi Lindström. It was the third in a series of five films featuring the husband and wife detective team John and Kajsa Hillman. It was followed by The Lady in White in 1962.
