Soul Glo is an American hardcore punk band formed in 2014 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is composed of Pierce Jordan (vocals), GG Guerra (guitar, programming), and TJ Stevenson (drums).
The band was originally a quartet featuring Pierce Jordan, Jamie Sokol, Ethan Brennan and Ruben Polo. In December 2016, the band supported Old Gray on a Northeast US weekend tour, including a Brooklyn show with support from Nine of Swords and a Boston show with support from Really From. In 2018, while the band was on tour, GG Guerra was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol while on their way to a show in St. Louis, causing the band to fundraise $15,000 to bail him out. [1]
In 2021, the band signed to Epitaph Records followed by the release of volumes 1 & 2 of the DisNigga EP series. In Fall 2021, the band supported Sheer Mag on the East Coast US tour, including an appearance on Coheed and Cambria's S.S. Neverender cruise.
In 2022, Polo was accused of sexual assault by deception, and subsequently stepped down from the band. [2] On March 25, 2022, the band released their album Diaspora Problems via Epitaph. In Summer 2022, the band supported Show Me the Body on the "Half-a-USA" tour alongside Wifigawd. On August 26, 2022, Soul Glo supported My Chemical Romance on their Reunion tour at the PNC Arena alongside Turnstile. In November 2022, the band embarked on a Northeast US co-headlining tour with City of Caterpillar with support from Thirdface.
The band performed at the 22nd Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April 2023. [3]

Sheer Terror are an American hardcore punk band from New York City. The band was one of the first to combine elements of heavy metal with a hardcore punk base, pioneering a heavier style of hardcore that would create many bands in the following decades. Formed in late 1984, the band stayed together until 1998, through numerous lineup changes and shifts in musical style. In October 2004, the band reunited for two shows at New York City's CBGB Club.

Other notable releases by the band were No Gimmicks Needed and This Is Just The Beginning... which were released on Blackout! Records. The band released several 7-inch EPs, splits with other bands, multiple compilation tracks, and two full-length LPs in their 11-year run. Most of their records were released on vinyl as well as compact disc. Some were released on different colors of vinyl, different sleeve covers, hand numbered tour presses, and picture discs, making their records a favorite among collectors.

The four-piece was founded by Justin Pearson and Gabe Serbian, both of whom had previously performed together in The Locust, Holy Molar and Head Wound City. Formed in 2005, the band went through significant lineup changes throughout their 17 year career, including seven years fronted by vocalist Ajay Jones who featured on their first three studio albums, and ten years fronted by Louis Gauthier. The band officially disbanded in 2022. They released six studio albums and six EPs, including two split EPs.

Snail Mail is the American indie rock solo project of guitarist and singer-songwriter Lindsey Erin Jordan. Originally from Ellicott City, Maryland, Jordan first performed as Snail Mail live in 2015 at the age of 15, and attracted attention with the EP Habit in 2016. Angel Dust is an American rock group formed in Baltimore, Maryland in 2013, made up of members of Turnstile and Trapped Under Ice. They have released five studio albums to date; the most recent, Brand New Soul, was released in September 2023. The band have been signed to Roadrunner Records since 2018. In 2019, Billboard noted them as one of the most important bands in broadening the scope of what hardcore punk is. Kerrang! included their 2019 album Pretty Buff as one of their "25 Best Albums of 2019" and Loudwire named it one of the 50 best metal albums of 2019.

Vicious Circle are an Australian hardcore punk band, which formed in 1983 and included founding members Paul Lindsay on lead vocals and Les Rumincik on lead guitar. They disbanded in 1990 and Lindsay and Rumincik formed Rue Morgue in the following year. Rue Morgue issued two albums, Soul Museum (1993) and Freak Nation (1995), before Lindsay and Rumincik revived Vicious Circle in 1995. That group's albums are Price of Progress (1985), Reflections (1986), Into the Void (1988), Reactivate, Internal Headstrength (1997) and Perfect World Disaster (1999).
The HIRS Collective, formerly known as simply +HIRS+, is an American queer punk musical collective based in Philadelphia. Founded in 2011 by vocalist Jenna Pup and guitarist Esem, they have amassed over 50 releases, including two studio albums for Get Better Records, Friends. Lovers. Favorites. (2018) and We're Still Here (2023). Both albums drew media attention for their extensive high-profile featured artists, including Garbage's Shirley Manson, Screaming Females' Marissa Paternoster, and My Chemical Romance's Frank Iero. The group has also been noted for their fluid lineup, short, abrasive songs, and radical queer/trans-minded politics. They have been branded "Queercore's resident supergroup" by Alternative Press.
