The Southwestern Athletic Conference Softball Tournament (sometimes known simply as the SWAC Tournament) is the conference championship tournament in college softball for the Southwestern Athletic Conference. The winner receives the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Division I Softball Tournament. [1]

Shenandoah Hornets

The Shenandoah Hornets are the athletic teams that represent Shenandoah University, located in Winchester, Virginia, in NCAA Division III intercollegiate sports. The Hornets compete as members of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference. All together, Shenandoah sponsors 22 sports: 11 for men and 11 for women. Previously, the Hornets were members of the USA South Athletic Conference.

The 2013 Southwestern Athletic Conference Baseball Tournament was held at LaGrave Field in Fort Worth, Texas from May 15 through May 19, 2013. First seed from the East Jackson State won their fifteenth tournament championship and earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2013 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.

The 2014 Southwestern Athletic Conference Baseball Tournament was held at Wesley Barrow Stadium in New Orleans, Louisiana from May 14 through May 18, 2014. Jackson State won their sixteenth tournament championship, and second in a row, to earn the conference's automatic bid to the 2014 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament. 2021 NCAA Division I softball season College softball in the United States

The 2021 NCAA Division I Softball season, play of college softball in the United States organized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) at the Division I level, began in February 2021. The season progressed through the regular season, many conference tournaments and championship series, and concluded with the 2021 NCAA Division I Softball Tournament and 2021 Women's College World Series. The Women's College World Series, consisted of the eight remaining teams in the NCAA Tournament was held in Oklahoma City at USA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium, and ended on June 10, 2021.

The 2021 SWAC Men's Basketball Tournament was the postseason men's basketball tournament for the 2020–21 season in the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC). The tournament was held from March 10–13, 2021. The tournament winner received an automatic invitation to the 2021 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament.

The 2021 Southwestern Athletic Conference Baseball Tournament was held at Toyota Field in Madison, Alabama from May 19 through May 23. Southern won the Tournament for the 17th time and earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2021 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.

2022 NCAA Division I softball season College softball in the United States

The 2022 NCAA Division I Softball season, play of college softball in the United States organized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) at the Division I level, began in February 2022. The season progresses through the regular season, many conference tournaments and championship series, and will conclude with the 2022 NCAA Division I Softball Tournament and 2022 Women's College World Series. The Women's College World Series, consisting of the eight remaining teams in the NCAA Tournament will be held annually in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at ASA Hall of Fame Stadium, will end in June 2022.

The 2022 Southwestern Athletic Conference Baseball Tournament will be held place at Regions Field in Birmingham, Alabama from May 25 through May 29. The winner of the tournament will earn the conference's automatic bid to the 2022 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.
