Sporting Club Quinto is an Italian water polo club from Quinto, quartiere of Genoa in Liguria. Currently it plays in Serie A1.

He won one Formula One race during his career, the 1975 Austrian Grand Prix, held in the wet.

Hockey Club Ambrì-Piotta is a Swiss professional ice hockey club and a member of the National League (NL). The club was founded September 19, 1937, and is also known as "Bianco-Blu". Though they have never won the league championship, the club has not been relegated to the Swiss League since being promoted in 1985, the same year that saw the arrival of Dale McCourt.
Jean Robic was a French road racing cyclist, who won the 1947 Tour de France. Robic was a professional cyclist from 1943 to 1961. His diminutive stature and appearance was encapsulated in his nickname Biquet(Kid goat). For faster, gravity-assisted descents, he collected drinking bottles ballasted with lead or mercury at the summits of mountain climbs and "cols". After fracturing his skull in 1944 he always wore a trademark leather crash helmet.

The Louis Comfort Tiffany Foundation was founded in 1918 by Louis Comfort Tiffany to operate his estate, Laurelton Hall, in Cold Spring Harbor, Long Island. On 12 May 2008 she was nominated undersecretary (Tourism) in the Berlusconi IV Cabinet; on 8 May 2009 she was appointed Minister of Culture and Tourism, a position held until 2011. In 2007 she set up The People of Freedom, the goal of which was to merge the right-wing allies of Berlusconi. She is a current leader of the Animalist Movement.

Club Deportivo Universidad San Marcos was a Peruvian football club based in Lima, Peru. The club was part of the National University of San Marcos and its last participation in a football league was in the 2011 Peruvian Segunda División. They first started competing in the 2001 season. Previously, the team had won five editions of the National Sporting University Games. Their 2006 season in the second division was the most notable as they fought Deportivo Municipal for promotion to the Primera División but they finished second and were not promoted. Universidad San Marcos played its home games at the university's Estadio Universidad San Marcos, located in the center of the National University of San Marcos' main campus in Lima. Due to financial difficulties in 2011, the club withdrew from the second division and folded in 2012 and the Peruvian Football Federation subsequently gave the club a 10-year ban from all competition.

Charlotte West was a British Thoroughbred racehorse and broodmare who won the seventeenth running of the classic 1000 Guineas at Newmarket Racecourse in 1830. In a racing career which lasted from April 1830 until May 1831 the filly ran seven times and won four races. After winning the 1000 Guineas on her second racecourse appearance, Charlotte West was beaten when favourite for the Oaks Stakes but returned to win races at Ascot and Newmarket before the end of the year. She failed to reproduce her best form in 1831 and was retired from racing.
