Carrick Swan GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club, located in the town of Carrick-on-Suir in south County Tipperary in Ireland. It is one of three GAA clubs in the town, one of which, St. Molleran's, is in County Waterford in the southern suburb of Carrickbeg. The Swan are predominantly a hurling club and lead the roll of honour for the number of South Tipperary senior hurling championships won. The club enjoys a keen rivalry with the longer established Carrick Davins, named in honour of Maurice Davin, first President of the GAA who lived at Deerpark near the town. They have one of the best setups for underage youngsters in the county with numerous county titles been won underage. The Swans' most famous players were the Wall brothers, Willie and Tom who played with distinction for Tipperary in the 1940s.

Both teams play in the Mill Field, Ballymacarbry. The Nire is a half parish with Touraneena, while Fourmilewater is a half parish with Newcastle, County Tipperary. The Nire play in yellow and blue, while Fourmilewater play in blue and white. The related Ballymacarby Ladies' Gaelic football club has won 10 All-Ireland Ladies' Club Football Championship titles.

Colligan–Emmets GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Colligan, County Waterford, Ireland. The club enters teams in both GAA codes each year, which includes two adult hurling teams and two adult Gaelic football team in the Waterford County Championships. The club is known as Colligan when playing hurling and Emmets when playing Gaelic football. At underage, they are joined with Kilgobinet and are known as St Patrick's. At U21 level, they are joined with a few other small local clubs, Modeligo and Sliabh Cua–St Mary's from Touraneena, who are known as Comeragh Gaels.

Modeligo GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club in County Waterford in the Republic of Ireland. Modeligo's most notable successes are winning the Waterford County Junior Football Championship in 1996 defeating St Mollerans & the County Junior Hurling Championship in 2008 defeating Fenor. In 2014, the club won its second county Junior Hurling title and also won the Munster title with a victory over Cork champions Castlemartyr, on a scoreline of 5–12 to 0–14 at Mallow. The club colours are Green & White.
