His earliest experiences of MCing were on pirate radio in 1996; first Pressure FM (inactive), then on to currently active, once-pirate-but-no-longer station Rinse FM. [1] In 2000, he met DJ Marky, DJ Patife and XRS Land, through being given a trial opportunity to perform at Movement, a weekly drum & bass event in London.
He is best known for providing vocals for two successful Drum & Bass tracks entitled "LK" by DJ Marky and XRS Land (released 8 July 2002 on V Recordings) and "Barcelona" by D. Kay and Epsilon (released 11 August 2003 on BC Authorised/BMG). [2] These tracks achieved UK chart positions of #17 and #14 respectively. [3] [4]
He was also part of the original line up for the London Elektricity LIVE band (alongside Andy Waterworth, Jungle Drummer, Lianne Carroll, Tim Landslide and Robert Owens), touring the country with them and featuring on the 'Live Gravy' DVD, filmed at the Jazz Café in October 2003 and released on Hospital Records. [5] Further live exploits came in the form of 'CPF Live' - an act put together by Craggz and Parallel Forces to support their album release on Valve Recordings entitled 'Northern Soul'.
Presently[ when? ] Stamina still tours with Marky, and has also in recent times[ when? ] garnered an affiliation with Shy FX, performing with him and also being involved with projects on Digital Soundboy.[ citation needed ]

S.P.Y is a Bristol based Brazilian DJ, record producer and musician from São Paulo, Brazil. He is influenced by genres such as house, UK garage, R&B and the jungle sound. He primarily releases his music through Hospital Records, the UK-based independent drum and bass music label. His DJ name was Spyder, but two months before the release of his first track he had to change it because another producer from America also released an EP under the same name. He left the last three letters out and changed his name to S.P.Y or SPY.
Marcus Julian Kaye, better known by his stage name Marcus Intalex, was an English drum and bass producer, DJ and musician. He additionally made house and techno music under the pseudonym Trevino. Between 1993 and 2000 he co-hosted the drum-and-bass radio show Da Intalex on Kiss 102 FM in Manchester. Kaye was the founder of the Soul:R, Revolve:R, and Birdie recording labels, and was active as a DJ, record producer, and touring artist from 1991 until his death in May 2017. His albums included the 2007 release FabricLive.35 and the 2011 release 21.
