Lawsuits

In 2016 Davey Suicide leaked to Alternative Press that the group had entered into a lawsuit with Standby Records. [2] This prompted label-mates As Blood Runs Black to speak out against the label as well claiming financial issues. [3] Suicide announced a few months after the leak that the group had come to a settlement with Standby Records. [4]

Sevendust is an American rock band from Atlanta, Georgia, formed in 1994 by bassist Vince Hornsby, drummer Morgan Rose and rhythm guitarist John Connolly. After their first demo, lead vocalist Lajon Witherspoon and lead guitarist Clint Lowery joined the group.
