Stary Kocin [ˈstarɨ ˈkɔt͡ɕin] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Mykanów, within Częstochowa County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. [1] It lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) north of Częstochowa and 79 km (49 mi) north of the regional capital Katowice.
