He rose to prominence with Complex TV's Desus vs. Mero, which was a 46-episode podcast that was first released on December 18, 2013. He was the co-host of Viceland's Desus & Mero talk show alongside The Kid Mero until June 2018, and co-hosted Desus & Mero which premiered on February 21, 2019, on Showtime.

Vice News Tonight is an American news program that aired on Vice TV on Thursday nights at 10 p.m. It was originally broadcast on HBO as the channel's first-ever daily series, premiering October 10, 2016. HBO cancelled the series after three seasons, ending September 2019. The program was relaunched in 2020 on the Vice TV network. In April 2023, Vice announced that Vice News Tonight would be cancelled, with its final show airing on May 25.
Desus & Mero is an American television late-night talk show hosted by Desus Nice and The Kid Mero that ran from October 17, 2016, to June 28, 2018, on Viceland. In 2018, the show's hosts left Viceland and moved to Showtime and the new Desus & Mero premiered on February 21, 2019.

Slutever is an American television series broadcast by Viceland, starting in January 2018. The show is inspired by the blog and book of the same name by author Karley Sciortino, and a webseries, called Slutever for Vice, that was hosted on Sciortino's Slutever blog. In April 2018, Viceland ordered a second season of the show, which premiered in February 2019. As of March 31, 2019 two seasons and 18 episodes have aired.
