History

The school was founded on December 30, 1994 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization governed by a ten member Board of Trustees. The school opened in the fall of 1995 with 61 students in grades Kindergarten through fifth grade. Today the school enrolls over 230 students in grades Kindergarten through the twelfth grade. [3]

The first senior class graduated in May 2003 with an average SAT score of 1224 and half of the graduates were named AP Scholars by the College Board.[ citation needed ]
