"Happy Birthday Sweet Sixteen" is a pop song released in 1961 by Neil Sedaka. Sedaka wrote the music and performed the song, while the lyrics were written by Howard Greenfield. The song is noted for being similar in musical structure to Take Good Care of My Baby by Bobby Vee, and additionally for its resemblance to the melody of the Chiffons' subsequent 1963 hit "One Fine Day". Both of these songs exhibiting similarity to "Happy Birthday Sweet Sixteen" were penned by the team of Carole King and Gerry Goffin. The song reached #6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and No. 3 on the UK Singles Chart.

Markus Eino Fagervall won Idol 2006, the third season of the Swedish version of Pop Idol. Fagervall beat Erik Segerstedt on 1 December 2006 to take the title. His first single "Everything Changes" peaked at number one on the Swedish Singles Chart. His debut album, Echo Heart, was released on 18 December the same year and has to date been certified double platinum. Prior to winning Idol, Markus was the vocalist in the progressive rock band, Liquid Scarlet.

"If You Don't Mean It" is a pop song written by Chris Braide, Carl Falk and Didrik Thott, recorded by Dean Geyer for his first album Rush (2007). Geyer states the song is about a girl who "says she loves him but doesn't show it by her actions. He gets desperate wondering if there's someone else." It was released as the album's first single in Australia on 7 May 2007, as a CD single and digital download. The single was released to Australian radio on 4 April 2007 and became the most added song to radio for that week.

"Everything Changes" is a Swedish English language single by Markus Fagervall, winner of the Swedish version of Idol in its third season in 2006. He sang the winning song when he was declared winner on 1 December 2006. The single went straight to number one on the Swedish Singles Chart on 7 December 2006 and stayed at that position for seven weeks, making it both the Swedish Christmas and the New Year number one. It was also certified platinum in Sweden, selling over 20,000 copies.

Charles Joel Nordström Kinnaman is a Swedish actor. He first gained recognition for his roles in the 2010 Swedish film Easy Money and the Johan Falk crime series. The song was written by the singer, Elof Loelv, Michael Trewartha, Kyle Trewartha, Kathryn Ostenberg, and Linnea Södahl, with production by Loelv. It was released as the third single from the album on 2 February 2018, through Sony Music. The synth-pop and tropical house song includes dancehall influences and vocoder effects. Its lyrics detail an on-again, off-again relationship where the singer changes her mind about her partner.
