Cherno More is a Bulgarian professional association football club based in the city of Varna, which currently competes in Bulgaria's primary football competition, the First League. Founded on March 3, 1913, as an association football branch of the larger sports society SC Galata, the club has spent the majority of its existence playing in the top tier of Bulgarian football.
Stadion Ticha is a multi-purpose stadium in Varna, Bulgaria, located in the Chayka district of the city. Currently, the stadium is used for football matches and is the home ground of Cherno More Varna. It has a seating capacity of 6,250 spectators. The stadium is named after the previous tenant of the club, SC Ticha and the previous name of the river Kamchiya, located 20 kilometers south of the city centre.

Levski Sofia were the defending cup winners, but were eliminated by Ludogorets Razgrad in the round of 16. The winner qualifies for the second qualifying round of the 2023–24 UEFA Europa Conference League.
