Stefanie Christina Baroness von Pfetten [1] (born November 25, 1973) is a German-Canadian film and television actress.
Stefanie von Pfetten was born in Vancouver, British Columbia. [1] Her parents are Baron Hermann von Pfetten of German nobility and his third wife, Heidrun Reel.
After high school, she went to Vienna, Austria. Later, she studied art history in Munich, Bavaria. For a short time, she worked for Sotheby's in Vienna. Back in Vancouver, she decided to become an actress. [2]
She is perhaps best known for her role as Dr. Daniella Ridley in CBC's drama Cracked.

She appeared internationally and made many recordings, especially for the WDR in a series of operettas with conductor Franz Marszalek. She later worked as a voice teacher, juror at competitions, and festival manager. Her memoir was published in 2017.
